Asked to repair the hard drive my Xbox one S (500gb). Told it would be ready in 3 days. 10 days later I'm told they were unable to fix it.
I brought it to Ubreakifix in Greenfield. They fixed it in one afternoon. They also noticed that Repair Wiz did not properly disassemble my system, and it appeared to be pried open. Luckily, they were able to determine that as of now, nothing was damaged.
