My girlfriend and I came here on a Saturday night and each got a drink. Her apple pie mule was fantastic and my campfire hot chocolate was alright. Reasonable prices overall at $10-$12. The atmosphere was very dark and we enjoyed the esthetic and design of the interior. We liked that music videos played on the TV screen by the bar as well. However, this place loses 3 stars because of the service and handling of covid procedures. After our waiter took our first drink order, we promptly received our drinks. That was nice, and he was a very friendly man. But after this, he never came back to check on us. Even after an entire hour passed, our waiter never returned to see how we liked our drinks or to take our next drink order. He was also impossible to flag down as he was constantly moving and never even glanced at our table. We wanted more drinks, but decided to leave after waiting an hour with no check back from him. Then on our way out, we come to find 20+ people jam packed at the entrance to the establishment. This is a non refundable deposit that will keep walk in guests from sitting at your table and make sure you arrive on time for your reservation. This does not go towards your bill for drinks.”
Hard times all around for restaurants and small businesses. Totally get that but hard times for others spending their money locally, too and helping keep businesses alive as best that can be. I definitely understand charging so people don’t no show on you. If you have so many walk-ins that could take your table, that shouldn’t be an issue. I waited over 30 minutes for a drink , the girl passed me over and over , I saw men coming up and getting service , when someone finally came to me she had a attitude saying they are only doing shots , I told her I have been waiting over 30 minutes.
