✨ What a hidden gem! ✨ I stopped in while attending a conference and was blown away. The staff was incredibly friendly and helped guide my food choices with such patience 🥰. I ended up with a Greek salad 🥗 that might just be the best I’ve ever had — and that says a lot since I’ve actually been to Greece 🇬🇷! The tuna melt 🐟 was wrapped in the most delicious homemade bread, and the meal ended perfectly with their sweet cheese samosa — absolutely divine! 💯 10/10 recommend this remarkable café! The décor is adorable and the whole place felt like a peaceful little oasis away from the conference hustle 🌿☕️. So glad the Hyatt has this spot right across from FedEx — a total win! 🙌

Update: This place is still open! I ate here on Sep 10, 2020. The food quality is high. I would go for the two crepes offer. Vitali's Cafe has very tasty choices. This is a hidden gem on the 2nd floor of the Hyatt Regency Minneapolis. The mochas have real cacao, and the honey walnut goat cheese pastry is a spot-on comparison to baklava, with the bonus of being made onsite! Gluten Free, Vegan options available. Plus... it is a certified kosher food establishment in Downtown Minneapolis!

Travel up the escalator into the eerily quiet and somewhat deserted convention center with a "Backrooms"- type feel and enter Vitale's, a tiny kosher eatery. I ordered the Eggplant Wrap, which was a large crepe filled with seasoned cooked vegetables and served with a green sauce on the side (I think it was an avocado crema). This was delicious and filling, so I couldn't even start the huge Greek salad I ordered. I would come back here if I'm ever in Minneapolis again.

Im really confused at the reviews for this place. I just had a berry crepe and chai latte from them and I was — sorely mistaken on the quality. I feel a bit misled, betrayed haha!

It was honestly one of the worst crepes Ive ever had, haha! My own terrible cooking included lol. It was pretty tasteless. The crepe was very gummy textured, too thick in the middle but crusty on the edge? Also there was little to no filling. If they put any actual fruit on here, I couldn’t find it. And the latte was just as bland. What about it was a chai is hard to place, haha! There was no spice or sweetness to it. Usually if its a chai made at the very least with a carton of Oregon Chai there is some flavor. My guess is they’re using a TON of milk but I couldn’t tell you for sure. It was all in all just really devoid of any flavor, just chewy crepe texture haha!

Oh and I paid $16 for it hahah! So over priced and tasteless! My favorite haha! Im not sure —maybe i just showed up on the wrong day or something but this was not a repeatable experience. Maybe you dear reader, will fair better than me. I wish you...

Super tiny kosher cafe with a wide flavor option of crepes and some other things like salads.

My Chai latte was ok. Very hot. Could have had more spice but that's a common complaint I have at places. I didn't try the coffee. Tea looks to be just store bought bags but there was a variety.

The crepes were pretty awesome and decently priced for the area. They were made fresh. I liked them better than Eggy's crepes. We had the Lox and cream cheese which was served wrapped really nice. It was very filling and delicious for a quick late lunch.

Hotel interrior isn't exactly an amazing eating environment but if the weather is nice the greenway has lots of tables just outside and a lovely fountain. And if it isn't nice out maybe someone will try out the piano or guitar in the cafe?

Only real negative imo is that because they are small and staffed by 1 to 2 people they easily could get overwhelmed, so I would avoid peak times or if they appear busy unless you're...

I give three stars, gluten free options are available. But I did see cross contamination of gf workspace/cooking space and no glove change. If severe allergy, I would certainly question their practice. I had never had crepes, I chose the gluten free Mushroom Crepe. The inside was flavorful and delicious. The crepe itself was thick and doughy, seemed undercooked. The friend I was with had a wheat crepe with mixed berry. The mixed berry was a sauce and the crepe was also thick and doughy. My friend told me to try crepes again some time because this was not very authentic/accurate. Service was also kind of slow, maybe need another staff member would be helpful. A group of 4 or 5 came in after us and it was a good 15 min before they...
