Never will order again. Everytime I order it would take over 1.5 hours to receive. Last night was the last time. Ordered at 5:30pm at 7:00pm looked again to see where it was since it was supposed to be to me by 6:30pm. It said delivery will be at 7:18pm and driver was waiting at store for order. 7:45pm comes around and I check again and this time it says cancelled! No call, no email NO APOLOGY. When I called the store there was no answer. No answer the 2 other times I called either. Haven't gotten my money back since they already hit my account immediately to debit for the order and can't get anyone to contact me regarding this. Save yourself some time and choose a different Jersey Mike's, this one is a poor example of the brand all together and does not represent the company well at all. Jersey Mikes corporate might wanna fix this before this store damages there...
Read moreFriendly staff, my order was correct, but oh man...So I ordered a veggie sandwich, which was good, if you leave out the fact that the bread was drenched in oil. I like oil, sure, but not so much when it's dripping everywhere. Also, every time I picked up the sandwich, my hands would be covered in mayo, and the fillings would fall out because of soggy bread.. The produce on it tasted fresh, but the lettuce was so thinly chopped it was unpleasant, although I'm someone who prefers to just eat the leaf of lettuce rather than having it so finely cut. The amount of cheese was perfect, and the tomatoes were great. Would I eat here again? Maybe. Would I recommend? Not to vegetarians that's for sure, there's a lot of cross-contamination. If you enjoy a thick sub and friendly service, then I say try it, just have them go a little...
Read moreI see the reviews of recent it reminds me of my time there ..... the boss or " AKA " owner mike who is actually from jersey (by the way) doesn't seem to have the grasp or ability to really serve the customers in the manner that I believe customer service is accostomed to in which time after time customers would express their discontent over standing in line no greeting..... wait.... wait .... blah... blah... any my best efforts as a seasoned manager and dedicated customer service devotee to feel and change the element of discontent among the clientele were often rudely set a side as easily as blinking.... so they truly believe the are above reproach and discipline from corporate and will continue I'm such to operate that way......... 😟 God Bless and have a...
