Carl's Jr. — Restaurant in Monroe

I recently went, and it was...memorable. First, the good news: the food, when it eventually arrived, was actually pretty tasty. My burger was the kind of burger that reminds you why you occasionally risk indigestion for fast food. Juicy, flavorful, and all that good stuff. My taste buds were doing a happy dance. Now, the "memorable" part. It seems Carl's Jr. is currently operating under a "skeleton crew" model, and by skeleton crew, I mean I saw three human beings. One was manning the grill with the intensity of a seasoned chef battling a five-alarm kitchen fire. Another was, as far as I could tell, on a extemded mandated break, possibly for their own sanity. That left one poor soul to handle everything else. This individual was a blur of motion, a fast-food superhero. She was taking drive-thru orders, serving walk-ins, and even attempting to deliver food to the few brave souls who dared to dine in as well as the drive through cars that had to wait after ordering. I watched in awe (and a little bit of pity) as she sprinted between tasks, all while maintaining a surprisingly cheerful demeanor abd asked you if you wanted sauces or napkins. She deserves an Olympic medal, or at least a very large raise. The only downside (besides the wait, which was understandable given the circumstances) was the price. My delicious burger, while good, cost a small fortune. It was the kind of price that makes you question your life choices and consider taking up a side hustle. So, to sum it up: Carl's Jr. serves up some seriously tasty burgers. However, be prepared for a potentially long wait and a slightly lighter wallet. And if you see that one employee doing everything, please, for the love of all that is holy, tip generously. She is a legend. First time there first time in a. Carl's Jr in WA. I visited the training store in TX several times and was always wowed at the service level, and to find a similar experience... The place was empty, but looked like it had just opened everyone was doing something that at LEAST gave the appearance that they were working. This is just in the door! As we got to the first tables the general. Fashion of the place was perfect for a Friday night with several friends after a football game! The big triple table snake chair was just way too cool we actually stopped to get pics. We hadn't even ordered yet.

As we approach the cleanest neatest counter IV seen in awhile, I'm greeted with a young guy, earring in, grin on his face longer hair, I'm almost envious of how happy he is!

Dude takes out order no big deal there aside that this young man was articulate, and read his customers - WELL. You got at least a shift lead right there!

Order comes out faster than I'd expect from a fast food place so dead I mean like they had a pit crew ready to go fast not only fast HOT and FRESH

I got a the double Western with fried zucchini and a coke.

The burger was amazing it was well balanced taste of all the ingredients, top notch!

Zucchini was fried perfect! Not too fried not too wet. Perfect. The soda machine was well maintained great soda all around and the general banter of the employees as we ate was a welcome to the great tunes playing overhead.

This place needs emulated a lot! I have loved carls since before they tried tio tacos...

My favorite place. Was moving with 6 guys we stoped by got $130 worth of burgers , everyone enjoyed it , some said they were full for two days.
