Restaurant 036942 I was having a small complaint about missing items. That's not the issue. The issue was how I was treated by the director of operations Esther Briggs. She didn't let me speak and tell her all that was wrong. And continously interpreted me. She was highly disrespect and disregarded my concerns. At one point she told me I was lying about what I was missing and refused to accommodate my missing items with a refund. As I don't live in the area. I would have been so okay with the situation. But Esther escalated the complaint so high that now its a matter of principle. She finally said I can have a refund. And when I got to the store I was meet with even more disrespect. I asked if I can use her pen and she said no. And she has the right to refuse service! I was shocked and appalled by her unwillingness to be helpful in that situation. She could have meet the entire experience with grace and regret for not meeting the standards the chick-fil-a is known for. Yet she choose to be accusatory and defamatory. I feel so strongly about this very unnecessary handling of customer care. That I cried! when I got back to my car. I have been a Taco Bell RGM for 10 yrs. I KNOW customer service and it was NOT one displayed by Esther at restaurant 036942. So dissatisfied and disappointment in what transpired...

PLEASE disregard this review. I posted this about a month ago. However, it was meant for Chipotle. I have not been to this place but plan on going soon. I'm sure that, as always, my dine in experience will be great.

The place looked empty when my husband and I walked in on Friday evening, at around 7:00 p.m. The guy who was at the front didn't seem to care that we were waiting for him to take our order. He kept on doing whatever it was that he was doing. After taking our order, two other guys just walked around and didn't ask us if we were ready to pay. A third guy finally tended to us.

The chicken in the bowl that my husband ordered didn't look fully cooked. The counter was not decent looking. There was food all over the place. The register area did not look clean. The table in the eating area were all dirty. ALLLL of them. Not one table was clear of food crumbs. The trash can was overflowing with tossed out food. We had to throw our food in the recycling bin.

My husband has been going to this place for years and never once experienced such bad service. He had never seen the place look as dirty as it did. It made me wonder what the kitchen in the back looked like. What a disappointment to experience this. Especially because the place wasn't busy. We will never...
