Best place to have dinner with live music. With the newly opened Le Meridian hotel, Arcadia is now officially has its own 5 star hotel. Elements Restaurant & Bar is part of the hotel located on the ground level. With the live music playing at the bar, Arcadia’s night scenes has just come alive.
Food and services are excellent in this new restaurant. We were treated with a true 5 star service tonight. The waiter was very attentive and alert. He was very detailed on all our dining needs and provided prompt service. I am impressed with the impeccable service level here.
Like their 5 star service, the food matched the high end restaurant status. We ordered an Ahi salad to start our meal and then got ourselves a steak and a salmon. The Ahi on the salad was fresh and delicious. It could be a meal by itself as the portion was huge. Unlike most restaurants, the salmon was very tender and flavorful. The meat texture was smooth and soft. The chef nailed the doneness on the salmon. The steak was equally fantastic. They had the steak prepared medium, just the way I like it. The grilled steak was so tasty.
Finally the dessert, it was out of this world too. We finished the evening with a flourless chocolate cake. The chocolate was rich and delectable, a perfecting ending for our evening.
We dined in the open air against the backdrop of the Angeles Crest mountains. Dining with Serenading music was kind of refreshing experience for us. We totally enjoyed our evening at Elements Restaurant & Bar. I heard this restaurant serves very good English style afternoon tea. we will definitely be back for that in one of this afternoon after shopping at the...
Read moreI visited Elements a few times for breakfast that was covered by my Hilton status and dining credit, so this is a review based on not paying anything outright. As of September 2025, the breakfast when using the dining credit as a Hilton Gold or Diamond member is $13 per person. If you are dining without the credit, it is $19.99 per person. The breakfast buffet was pretty good with an omelette station. There wasn't a ton of variation from day-to-day but they had the hits - scrambled eggs, scrambled eggs with bell peppers, roasted potatoes, pancakes, french toast, sausage, bacon, oats, cereal, and juices. They also had some things I don't see as often at hotel breakfasts, like white rice and grits.
The staff was friendly and cleaned the tables pretty efficiently as well. I wouldn't necessarily pay $19.99 for this breakfast, but it was a good, filling...
Read moreWe ordered pick up and when we asked the bartender for a new drink because it was watered down before we got there (he should have just made the drink when we got there, takes 30 seconds). He rolled his eyes at us which was the first strike.
The fish tacos was a small slice of fish katsu cut into 3 pieces and overly salty. We weren't expecting much, but I'd rather pay a little more for 2 full size fish tacos. Strike 2
We ordered the burger medium and it was pretty much raw. We ended up putting it in the microwave because we didn't want to deal with the bartender again. Strike 3
If it wasn't for our breakfast server, this place would have 1 star. She was friendly and very attentive. She anticipated our needs and everything at our table before we even had to ask. The breakfast wasn't great, but considerably better than our...
