I asked for a decaf latte and they gave me a normal latte and I only noticed after I drove away and already drank half of it. I haven’t drank coffee in years and now I’m gonna be up because I drank it at 3:30 PM and there’s nothing I can do about it. Because you just drive away so they get get away with it. My point is that it is frustrating. There has to be a way that we can report these things when orders are not taken correctly because I understand it can happen but it is very frustrating and we should have a way to report this and penalize people. Read moreThe bathroom code is broken so there are NO bathrooms for customers. They never bothered to put a sign on it and just said “gee it might not work” but apparently it’s been broken a while. But literally the only reason I stopped at this Starbucks was to use the bathroom. Secondly, the baristas here spend half an hour chitchatting with customers as opposed to delivering your drink. I could see my food and drink in the window for 10 minutes while the teenage barista wrapped up their conversation. Read moreThis is one of the most efficiently run Starbucks I've been to in a long while. The baristas are all friendly and the tables/chairs/countertops/floors are all clean and bright. Even the restrooms are super clean. The service was fast and the coffee tasted just right.
The only negative thing (which I didn't deduct stars for Sbux itself, bc Starbucks cannot control) are the one-off rude customers who hog multiple seats/tables near the outlets along the wall, preventing others from access to the outlets.
If Starbucks would power the center and window-side tables, this would literally be the best...
