Bratt was RUDE, Disgusting, and VERY unprofessional more like a child trying to be cool without manners!!! I’ve been coming to this Starbucks on my way out to work at the docks in Long Beach for years. came in on Sunday evening on my way out to work and ordered my drink. I asked the girl at drive thru if she could add more coconut milk in my drink because the taste was off. She wanted to charge me $3 & cents for extra. I asked her just to add it. She sent Brat to return my drink, as he got to the window he barely placed his arm out the window with my drink, I couldn’t reach it so I stretched my arm out more scooting myself toward the window, as I grabbed my drink this kid Bratt squeezed the cup which dripped all on my hand. I told him that he just squeezed my cup and spilled the drink on my hand, he responded with” oh my bad” with a look of laughter and ready to walk away without giving me napkins. I walked inside to get a refund as I asked the girl who assisted me( Victoria)what was that kids name because he was rude and spilled some of the drink on my hand. This kid Bratt that is employed by this Starbucks kept mumbling some nonsense starring at me kept saying “ have a great day, take your drink, need napkins. I’m not the one to reach over , but this child will meet the wrong person if he continues with this ignorant behavior. Does he not look at the news?! this kid is a liability to this franchise. I’m certain because I asked for my drink to be corrected they felt bothered! Maybe do your job correct the first time… if I wanted water I would have asked for water. The drink was nasty. This has never happened to me here , but also the people I would deal with were older and professional. These kids I haven’t dealt with till today and my last. Bratt , you must change your ways. Your not a child and your living in a world where people don’t have patience anymore. Your very lucky today with your ignorance and uneducated people skills it was me you spilled that drink on and smirked as you tried to walk away before I asked for napkins. Two people I had the encounter with were very rude at this Starbucks, but Victoria was very apologetic on her coworker’s behalf. Today I saw an employee of Starbucks who is a follower instead of being a leader. Good luck in keeping this child employed, he’s definitely a liability if he continues with this behavior, tonight I wasn’t the wrong person. My life, my worth, my job I value too much to deal with a nobody, a child, a foolish follower. To get a drink spilled on because this child purposely squeezed the cup and wouldn’t come out the window more so I wouldn’t reach my drink, he’s definitely trying to be liked because the girl who took my drink looked pissed and I’m sure he wanted to go back and tell her what he did… grow up child, you will encounter the wrong person and place Starbucks in a very bad situation. Your lucky the drink wasn’t hot because I would have...
Read moreI went to get my usual Vente hot chocolate, six pumps of mocha and five pumps of vanilla. I did go through the drive-through line. It had a funny odor to it, and I as I drinking it, my throat and mouth started burning and felt like it was numb. I did take it back and found out they made it a chai hot chocolate. No wonder why the cost was $7.80 when it’s usually $4.45. Now at the time I ordered and saw the $7.80, I questioned it. The manager even said that’s correct because prices have gone up. Anyways, I walked in and fortunately the cashier had intelligence and recognized that it was a chai that they charged me and it was a chai that I got. So, she gave me the refund. Mind you my throat is still numb along with my tongue, and a burning sensation. Yes, I’m not used to hot stuff. I told the manager and basically all she could do was apologize. I’m finding apologies are getting meaningless. They figure if they say it enough times it will satisfy the customer. No. In fact in the last six months when I’ve ordered my favorite drink, I have had it wrong three times at this shop. The last two times I ended up with a white hot chocolate. They need to do better. And right now as I sit and type this my mouth is still somewhat numb. I’m wondering if I had a allergic reaction. They need to be more careful. And apologies get to a point where it’s...
Read moreBEWARE OF DRIVE THRU!!! This location didn't give me back my debit card. I left from there and went Thanksgiving grocery shopping just to realize I had no card. What a embarrassing inconvenience. I ripped my car apart looking for it. No luck I cancelled my card then decided to call the last place I used it and long behold they had it. Smh. I talked to the manager at 9pm and told them, I will pick it up in the morning. She (Megan I think) said it will be there safe. After the hassel of cancellation and not having my card I finally make it up there and they acted like I left my card and it was my fault. Manager said I was suppose to come the night before. I have a infant and already been inconvenience several times over. Insulted by the fact that they didn't want to apologize for my inconvenience with a cake pop, and I'm upset at this point they gave me a tall drink....smh. I'm glad I cancelled my card because as far as I'm concerned they could have photograph my card and tried to go on a shopping spree online with my card. I did not leave it, they kept it. Yes my fault for not realizing until my next purchase, but they can't treat me like it was my fault alone and not apologizing for my inconvenience is why I'm taking the time to review this location. Although the young lady at the drive thru was very sweet and sorry, the...
