They have decent food, but their customer service needs some serious improvement. I went on a Friday afternoon, and when I walked up to the counter, no one acknowledged me by asking to take my order. After an awkward minute, Nick gave me a look in my general direction, so I placed my order of a veggie egg white flatbread without him saying a word. They were busy, so it took a long time for them to make my order, and when they did, they discovered they were out of the ingredients. Nick delivered the news and said they could make me something else, and I said that was fine. I asked him what else they could make me, since I didn't know what ingredients they had in stock, and he told me he didn't know. He didn't offer to find out, so after an awkward pause, I said I'd just take a refund. I had to get back to line to get my refund, and when it was my turn, the cashier got Trish (or Trisha?), the team leader's attention. Trish gestured at me from behind the counter, and I didn't know why, so I just looked at her, then she snapped "RECEIPT!" harshly. She mumbled under her breath while she was refunding my order, and I caught a few words like "demanded a refund." She never asked me what has happened or apologized for any inconvenience. Other than saying "Receipt!" she didn't speak to me at all. She would look to the cashier next to her to answer questions. Read moreI consistently drive into Morristown on Fridays and grab breakfast for the kids before their music lessons. For the past several weeks, every visit has been awful for one reason or another.
They are either out of food, donuts, or their equipment isn't functioning properly. They are always severely understaffed for the new traffic flow coming through. It used to be 1-2 cars in the drive-thru and now it is wrapped around the building. I always opt to go inside because it just goes faster. I am fully aware that Covid has changed everything but we are a few months into adjusting and they are dropping the ball left and right.
I would be a bit more forgiving if the employees were consistently polite and communicated well. Today, the staff was polite but I left because the oven was overheating. The week before they didn't have any flavorings for their coffee and instead of politely informing me, the older lady was pretty snappy about it.
