Long John Silver's — Restaurant in Morristown

Usually not one to complain, but was pretty upset after this visit! Ordered the fish taco meal(no vinegar but want the sauce). A side of crumbs. Did not get my crumbs and nothing was on my taco but cabbage! I call just to tell them and I am speaking to the manager (they claimed)! But in the background, I hear someone telling them what to say.. He then proceeds to tell me that he knows the sauce is on it , he put it on the taco! He describes to me it’s an orange sauce. I informed him I knew that and I order them pretty often. He still keeps telling me it is on there. I ask did they want me to take a picture?! I had to drive all the way back and let them see it or get nothing. I wasn’t driving 20 minutes back. Here is the pic though, of the PLAIN fish and cabbage tacos I ate! One of the worst Long John's I've eaten at ever, hands down! I ordered a number 6 which is the 3 chicken plank meal (I don't like fish) and got hush puppies and fries as the side.

One of my chicken planks was super tough and had what seemed to be a lot of gristle. The fries were soggy and tasted horrible. The hush puppies, my absolute favorite item from this restaurant, were cooked perfectly (golden crunchy goodness) except for them tasting nothing like a puppy. Those and my chicken both tasted like they had been fried in the same oil as the fish and both had a bad fishy flavor. My crumblies, as they called it, we're almost non existent and were stale.

All in all, I will not be back to this location. And I do not recommend it to anyone who does like Long John's but does...

Went there and ordered three piece chicken, two piece fish in the drive-through, and when I open the box, the pieces of chicken look like shrimp, a little bigger than their shrimp and their fish so overly cook it was the size of free chicken nugget. After discussing it with the lady at the window, she told me that’s just how it comes in you get what you get that comes out of the bag. I will not be returning. This was awful . They have lost our business. You would’ve thought they would’ve at least offered to replace the meal or if they were gonna put small pieces it would only be one or two not the entire meal.
