Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Mount Pleasant

I went last Thursday to pick up an online order at 4pm, i asked if the giant cup was in the bag because it didnt feel like it but I was told yes, I opened the bag and no it wasnt so I was handed a cup, I looked in the bag then also for my pickles on the side, not there either, I decided since I paid for double meat I'd better check so I ate inside, I open my sandwich and theres no mayonnaise to speak of and I asked for extra, I went to the counter to ask for a cup of mayo and my pickles and they wanted to see the receipt, I said it's way over there but what's the difference you don't need the receipt to confirm what I wanted, so she whips 2 packets of mayo on the counter while another worker made me a cup of pickles, I said I'd prefer fresh mayo in a cup and she said it's an online order so we can only give packets, I said had they put the extra mayo on in the first place I would have had fresh mayo, she said it's policy, I cannot believe what I had to go through to get fresh mayo when it was there fault to start, finally another came over and have me a cup of mayo, poor service all around, there's better places to spend my money, I did a complaint on jersey mikes website and it said someone will reach out within 48 hours, it's been 6 days so apparently lack of service does start from the top and trickles down to...

This location needs to work on how to complete online orders along with counter orders as this is the second time I had to stand and wait while all of the counter orders were handled before online orders were started.

I ordered online and waited almost 40min AFTER I got there because they had a long line at the counter. While I understand they have to handle the customers at the counter, I'm a customer too. So instead of being able to eat lunch, I had to save it for dinner since I was late coming back from lunch. When I mentioned I'd been waiting for over a half hour at that point, the man got snippy stating he never received my ticket. All of the "to go online" orders were sitting on back counter not even being looked at. if you can't handle the online orders, then don't have that service available. As much as I like Jersey Mike's, I won't be ordering from that location anymore. I wasn't the only unhappy customer waiting for my online order.

Had to edit as I'm reading through all of the other reviews, it seems the online orders have been an ongoing issue for quite some time at this...

Update- wow went into Jersey Mike's again today the place had every table dirty The counter where customers pay dirty The counter where they make the sandwiches dirty I could not believe it noone was in the except employees. I have been to Jersey's in several places and they are always clean between each order. But definitely by the check out counter. I am not going to this one any more it scares me how laxadaisicle they are here. Took pics but hard to see. Unfortunately
