I’m trying to think of a positive for visiting this place! 🤔 ok grateful for food because we should not act like entitlement privileged ppl! And next the 3 first employees were very kind with no awkward attitude and childish behaviors as one was! I’d revisit if having this employee would be the best as a team member because I would indeed have.an adult conversation and probably write her up or ask her to leave! That’s how inappropriate she was! Childish indeed! I apologized if she was offended because she was acting so childish and she acted even more childish! The food was very dry n old looking! They just opened and the whole place was literally NASTY! Especially the kitchen area! So bad that I had thoughts that health department would give a very low score! I usually do not leave reviews but this was bad! I felt embarrassed and awkward because of this employee! I had my 4 kiddos and my 2 older even seen this unprofessional n awkward behavior towards us! Great teaching moment to not act as such! Let’s turn our kind on! We all have bad days, gosh I get it but this was INTENTIONAL! If it was just a bad day morning whatever I would had encouraged as I live to do because we all need positive life giving words spoken to us! She was chatty, hateful and made us feel awkward all because I asked about cheese dip! I will NOT ever be back whatsoever! That being said, it has to be a very bad experience to say that!…And it was!… I would not get to go either!… Thank you to the 3 kind joyful employees making food! Keep up the great work and may blessings be upon you! To the one who created a very bad environment with your chatty childish responses, may you too be blessed especially with self control and desire to be kind! I hope the manager reads this because I so would not want to think that employees act as one did under my supervision! Sorry to be so truthful but this is so not cool! If I could take pics I would had to show uncleanliness to just open! I wanted to leave, walk out asap right when I was cashing out! I was so embarrassed by this employee and upset to be paying for such...
Read moreMy wife, my daughter, and I went into Medical Center Moe's this past Sunday evening. My wife had a grocery order that we were picking up, so she had the idea to go there, under the impression that kids ate free on Sunday. In the past, we'd been there on two previous Sundays. Once we'd already paid for our daughter before we realized the deal, and the second time, we used the deal. This is a deal that is EASILY Google-able and it is stated on several search results. Well, when we got inside, my wife asked if the deal was still a thing. The young lady behind the counter stated they did not do that and had not done it for a long time. That is fine, but as my wife and I discussed whether or not we would stay there to dine, I noticed the young lady walk over to another young man behind the counter and ask him about the deal. He told her that it has NEVER been a thing, as if we were making it up! As I stated, we've been in before and paid for what we needed to eat, so we weren't looking for them to change rules just for us. It was more the way we were made to look like we were lying about it to get a free KIDS meal. We eventually leave and end up at another spot that, ironically, had the same offer on Sundays. My wife asked about their deal, to which we were told that they also recently stopped doing it. We were just going to leave, but a man who appeared to be the shift manager coaxed us into staying and offered to take care of our kids meal! We had a great dinner at this establishment, and needless to say, I also ended up leaving a very generous gratuity for their kindness. Ultimately, we were not looking for a handout. We were just looking to take advantage of an offer that is clearly stated upon research. Customer service has become a lost art, and sometimes, just treating customers kindly goes a LONG WAY. Please do better, Moe's, and make sure your service people understand what customer...
Read moreI was a part of a group of maybe 150 kids from Memphis visiting the area for the annual Model United Nations conference that is in Murfreesboro every year and we stopped off in this shopping center to grab some food. 50 or so of us decided to eat a this Moe’s location. While I understand that this many people can be overwhelming as I have worked in the service industry before, how you handle this says a lot about your character. I waited in line for about 20 mins (not a problem) when I reached this mature woman who took my order. I ordered a Homewrecker bowl with adobe chicken. This bowl comes with guacamole included and not for an additional price like it normally would. This first woman put the food into the bowl and asked if I wanted queso. Being a Moe’s frequenter, I know that queso is extra, so I told her that just the guacamole that the bowl comes with is fine. She told me that guacamole doesn’t come with the bowl to which I explained that it did because of the type of bowl that I ordered. She gave the bowl to the second lady in the line immediately. I asked this lady for the guacamole that the bowl comes with and she replied with since the first mature lady didn’t write guacamole on the bowl that it would be extra. I’m tired of arguing at this point because that is what I had been doing for 3 days straight, so I just told her whatever and I went to pay. The two young people at the register were understanding and charged it as a Homewrecker bowl. I would like to remind you that it costs nothing to be kind and respectful to customers, especially when you are overwhelmed. You don’t know what people have been through so a condescending attitude is frowned upon. Especially in this situation. The food was mediocre and the they were out of a lot, but I just care about the attitude that came across the counter...
