I am an employee of Jimmy John's and totally understand how busy it can get and how easy it can be to mess things up. I don't normally come on to leave reviews but because I care about the company as a whole I felt this needed to be addressed. I ordered a Jalapeno Ranch Wrap on 8" French bread. No tomatoes. No lettuce. Add hot peppers. Extra Crispy Jalapenos. Extra jalapeno Ranch. Extra Bacon. Add Hot peppers. Add sauce. Add Oregano. Add Ham. I understand that I asked for it on bread and made some modifications to the normal jalapeno ranch wrap. What I received was missing all the ingredients that make it a jalapeno Ranch wrap sandwich in the first place. They barley put any Jalapeno Ranch on it and there was absolutely no mayo on it and absolutely not a single jalapeno Crisper on it even though I asked for extra and there were no red pepper flakes or if there was you couldn't see it nor taste it. They did however get the No tomatoes right. The No lettuce right. The add Hot peppers right. The add sauce right. The add Oregano right. The add Ham right and they got the extra bacon right. I strongly feel with this kind of mess up that there needs to be retraining done due to the amount of ingredients they failed to put on the sandwich this should have been caught at the consolidation and Sandwich wrap position at the end of the line if it was not caught by the meat puller. I understand sometimes there is only one person on the line and if that is the case for what happened then we need to be paying more attention and re-checking our work to avoid wasting the time of the employees involved and the customers time. I am not hear to put them down just to speak up about it in hopes they redirect and retrain for the betterment of the crew and the customers. The driver was extremely friendly. I called to tell them what had happened and understably when it's busy I understand those types of phone calls are a slight inconvenience but the customer should never feel like an inconvenience and today being the customer I definitely felt like an inconvenience and the person I talked to on the phone barley allowed for me to talk and was cutting right to the point instead of listening. I was going to politely let him know and was going to just eat the sandwich I was given but he cut right to the point and said what was it missing and I told him and he quickly said okay I will get that re-made and have it sent out to you but I am gonna need the other sandwich back to which i replied okay That's fine and then he said okay have a nice day and quickly hung up on me. I feel terrible for the poor driver. They will be receiving a cash tip but as far as to whoever it was I talked to they need to work on their customer service and how they talk to the customers and whoever made my sandwich needs to be retrained or taught to...

Their complete disregard for customer preferences and attention to detail left me disappointed and dissatisfied. Let me recount the series of errors that occurred during my order, leading to a sandwich disaster.
Firstly, I explicitly requested "no lettuce" on my sandwich. It's a simple enough request, one that any competent establishment should be able to handle. However, when I eagerly unwrapped my supposedly customized sandwich, I was horrified to find a generous heap of green, leafy lettuce threatening to suffocate the rest of the ingredients. Not only did they neglect to omit the lettuce, but they seemed to have taken it as a personal challenge to stuff as much of it as possible into my sandwich.
As if that wasn't enough, let's talk about the "half pickle" debacle. I specifically specified that I wanted a "half pickle" on my order. Can someone please explain to me how Jimmy John's definition of "half" magically transformed into a complete, whole pickle? It's mind-boggling how such a simple instruction was so terribly misconstrued.
The audacity of Jimmy John's to disregard their customers' requests is truly baffling. I mean, how hard is it to read and execute a simple order correctly? It's almost as if they thrive on infuriating their patrons by intentionally getting everything wrong.
Moreover, their lack of customer service and willingness to make things right is nothing short of abysmal. When I called to complain about their numerous mistakes, the response I received was dismissive at best. The representative seemed disinterested and made no effort to rectify the situation. It's clear that Jimmy John's doesn't value their customers or take pride in delivering quality service.
In addition to the blatant errors, I must also address the overall mediocrity of the sandwich itself. The bread was stale and lacked any semblance of freshness. The meat and cheese were unremarkable and failed to leave any lasting impression. It's apparent that Jimmy John's prioritizes speed over quality, resulting in subpar ingredients and lackluster flavor.
All in all, my experience with Jimmy John's was an absolute disaster. From their complete disregard for customization requests to their subpar ingredients and lack of customer service, it's safe to say I will not be returning. Save yourself the frustration and disappointment, and opt for a more reliable and customer-oriented sandwich establishment. And fed us well with the most DELICIOUS SANDWICHES all individually wrapped and marked! Everyone commented how much they lived them. We ordered 75 "fit in your hand" sandwhiches! To simplify the process we ordered the 3 most popular picks. Our crowd were took the few we had left home! ALWAYS a GREAT sign!

THESE SANDWHICHES WERE COOL AND REFRESHING ON A HOT DAY! We had a HUGE COOLER with an ASSORTMENT OF SOFT DRINKS, cans of LEMONADE AND bottled WATER. Sides of red potatoe salad, cold barbeque beans that were scrumptious from fresh market and an assortment of cookies and treats and whole fruit. REALLY EASY MEAL. Light and HEALTHY!
I will not hesitate ordering from Jimmy John's for any occasion! JJ's told me all they need is a day or two notice in advance which is AMAZING. We gave more than that but good to know.
