Saw the advertisement on the Beach Channel of local businesses and figured, why not. The decision doesn't lead to the best outcome. First entry and parking are easy and plentiful off 17 By-Pass. Entered and seated right away HOWEVER was concerned with the sticky floors, that's not good. Erin M was our server and must say she is a quality and friendly server who watches over you during your entire meal. I ordered a cup of Chili and must say that it was 5 ⭐ and well worth the $3.99 price. Bill ordered his vodka and sadly was 90% ice with the gentle hint of Vodka, next order was for a double and hold the iceberg. Dinner started with a salad which we ended up asking to go as we were sure three of us might be to full to enjoy our steaks. Ordered were 6oz Sirloin 2 ⭐, 12 oz 2 ⭐ and a fatty tough 16 oz Ribeye 2 ⭐ with sweet potatoes 5 ✨ and green beans 4 ⭐. Sadly this is the reason for the 2 ⭐ for food. Question, were all three knives dull or were the steaks chewey and tough. Bill and I have eaten steaks in Longhorn, Ruth Chris, Capital Grille and more so we have some sense of value vs cost. At $15.49, $25.49 and $28.99 you would hope for a bit better quality. The Yeast Rolls were good and if you love Chili, salad and Rolls you will be pleased, regretfully not our cup of Tea. You might ask, why not send the food back? This far into the game sometimes you take what you got but learned a valuable lesson.

Even though we are both fully vaccinated, I was a little hesitant about eating in a restaurant. But as soon as we entered the door, we were greeted by masked hostesses and then our server appeared wearing a mask as well. Suddenly, I was able to relax and enjoy dinner. I asked our server, Lijah, to make sure my coffee stayed full. He did not disappoint! He was phenomenal and I really wish all servers were as attentive as well as courteous. Our appetizers , onion petals and mushrooms, along with the bread were delicious. We both ordered the sirloin with baked potatoes and brocolli. We were not certain about choosing brocolli but Lijah convinced us it would melt in our mouths. He was right! The brocolli was perfect and did seem to melt in our mouths; including the stems! The sirloin was absolute perfection and as we ordered rare steak. We ordered rare, and our steaks were absolute perfection. Seasoned just right and , yes! Melted in our mouths. No room for dessert because we barely finished our meals. Still took home some leftovers. Great food, safe environment, and incredible staff and cooks. Thanks again, Lijah, Logan's will be my first stop on my next visit to Myrtle Beach

I visited this restaurant on Saturday, June 28 with my grandmother. The food was just okay—the steak wasn’t that great—but the Hawaiian drink was amazing. I enjoyed it so much that I bragged about it to my family and brought them back with me to try it. Unfortunately, the second visit was disappointing. We came specifically for drinks, and I let the waitress know that up front. Despite that, she repeatedly approached our table asking us to order food, which became very annoying. Even worse, they refused to give us a second round of bread simply because we weren’t ordering meals. That felt unnecessary, especially considering we ordered at least five drinks. And once they realized I wasn’t ordering food, my drink was served without the usual orange or cherry garnish—which felt a bit petty. (I’ll attach photos.) Overall, this experience left a bad taste. I won’t be returning and I wouldn’t recommend this place. I could understand if we were just sitting there taking up space, asking for bread without ordering anything—but we were actively purchasing drinks and still treated poorly. The drink on left is the first drink I had. Drink on the right is the second drink I purchase.

Have been eating here since it was built. We went today and had by far the worst experience I've had in a restaurant in a long time. we were promptly seated, which was great. After waiting for a good five minutes our server finally decided to drop by the table. After getting our drink orders she proceeded to disappear for another five minutes. About 10 minutes later our food finally arrived. We still had not gotten any rolls and watched every table surrounding us get them after they placed their order. I've been eating here for years and always gotten rolls. When I pointed it out to the server, I was given a rude response of, "We just don't do that anymore." At which I said, I guess that policy doesn't apply to every other table surrounding us, to which a smart comment from her was received. My steak was ordered medium well, was only slightly pink, Fiancee's cheeseburger was ordered medium well, and was actually almost on the burnt side of over well done. I was too ticked at this point by the poor service to even complain about the food. The service got even worse though, as the server was attempting to refill my tea, she missed by a good three inches off the glass and kept pouring it, dousing a quarter of the table and one of my cell phones in sweet tea. I'm not one to be a jerk and not tip or tip well, but I did leave only a $2 tip after waiting another 20 minutes after finishing the food to even get her back to the table for the bill. I did address the issues with the manager upon paying and leaving, his response was I'll talk to her. No apology. Mind you, we witnessed two tables get up and leave without getting food in her section. Keep in mind, this was Sunday afternoon, the location was far from busy or even half full. It will be a long time if ever that we will return. I used to recommend this place as better than Texas Roadhouse, after today's visit, the food and service are less than subpar and the $2 tip I left was about $1.99 too much to be talked to rudely when I was right and have a quarter of a pitcher of tea douse the whole table due to carelessness and not...

I am a regular here. So tonight my sister and I went out to have a few drinks and something to eat. So we have this server name Samantha so when I’m placing my order, I’ll try to give them and tell them everything I want and how I want everything so to not have them going back-and-forth. So I told her exactly how I wanted my food and everything my fries crispy my food hot please and thank you. So when they brought the food back, my ribs were cold and the fries were old fries that have been sitting in the basket. So I said to Miss Samantha . Who came back a few minutes later that my food is cold, and I had already tasted it when the young man brought it. to the table so I’m telling her it’s cold and she’s going back-and-forth with me telling me it ain’t no way is Cold because I just watched him pull it off and so she just kept cutting me off before I can finish so I said to her well are you going to let me finish. So I proceeded to explain to her even though you may have saw them take it off the grill or wherever that the food is cold and I want it hot and these fries are old fries have been sitting in the basket so she’s still telling me well I just I said you know what I don’t even want it to take it off so she took the food she went wherever but she never come back to the table. She didn’t say anything to the manager or anything. So I had to get the bartender to get the manager and he came over. He took care of everything and got us some fresh food. And apologize. So after he drop the food off, she just walked around the table like we were not even there she never came back to the table so we were just sitting there. You know my sister and I talking so whatever its time go we had to flag the manager back down and then I was telling him like yeah she never came back to the table and I’m thinking he told her not to come back to the table that somebody else was going to take care of us know he never told her that she just took it upon herself Miss Samantha to never come back to the table she was very rude and unprofessional. Just had to tell my...

We stopped by for dinner a few weeks ago. The atmosphere was horrible and the restaurant was very dirty and unfriendly for the most part. The reason for my 4 star review is because we had the most amazing server that waited on us named Mr. James Crum. He was very kind, engaging and all over a super nice person. I'm temporarily handicapped and in a wheelchair currently yet none of the workers could assist my husband to open and hold the front doors to get me inside. However there were 3 employees just standing around chatting at the hostess stand of which never made any suggestions as to where we could store my wheelchair while dining in your restaurant. In fact two of⁵⁵⁴⁵t araeddarďdadðð them rolled thier eyes when presented with the question. It was just an offensive feeling as soon as we walked in the door. The appetizer was HORRIBLE (chicken something or other). My bloody mary was TERRIBLE. The yeast rolls were FANTASTIC😋. With the exception of Mr. Crum our experience was a -(neg.) 4 stars. Mr. Crum made our whole experience beyond enjoyable an we both sincerely thank him for his genuine effort and for being present. Perhaps you should take some lessons from your competition right next door where we had a lovely evening, two temendously delicious steaks, a "TREMENDOUS" server and ended up spending over $130. I will be leaving that steakhouse and our server, a FABULOUS review straight after I finish this one. All in all it's embarrassing how horrible our experience was. Haven't decided whether or not to contact the ADA as well, regarding our expeience and the neglect that I received while being a handicapped patron at your facility. Please give Mr. Crum credit where credit is due. I ask your future patrons, should they decide to dine with you, to please request Mr. James Crum as your server. You absolutely "WILL NOT" be disappointed.🤬😪💔

Sincerely truly disappointed, Michael & Lisa...
