WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!

I placed an order on the app. I came and informed the lady at the counter (pictured in this reveiw) I placed an order on the app.
She immediately, with attitude said we will get to it. I said ok..she asked my name, I told her, she said it's not on the list, but we will get to it. I said no worries. She said, ok this is our rush hour, so we are busy. I said that is fine, I'm not in a rush. She said we'll it rush hour
I smiled looked around at 3 people in the restaraunt.
NOW I am getting concerned...what is the deal.
Gentlemen customer steps up and says they ate not working on my order. The same lady said to him, they are making it. He said I am looking at them and they are not making it.......this man was NOT having an attitude, but the woman came back with one again and said.... well, sir, I'm going to need you t9 just wait, we have a mess up at the drive through, we are trying to get caught up and they will make yours when they get to it. He jokingly , to break her attitude, said well, we should have drive through people circle back around. She said yeah, that's not gonna happen, you are just gonna wait.
So we are all waiting. And then I see the male worker with glasses making food... he is now making my food. Seems nice, smiling, has a beard, talking to coworkers. Wearing rubber gloves, making food......and he coughs loudly... a nasty thick phlegm type cough....INTO HIS RUBBER GLOVES AND GOES RIGHT BACK TO MAKING MY FOOD!!!
WHY DIDN'T I SAY ANYTHING??? I DIDNT EAT THE FOOD HE MADE, GORDITA CRUNCH...BUT STILL DIDNT SAY ANYTHING DUE TO WIFE IS IN HER LUNCH, WE HAD TO WAIT WAY TO LONG, THE WOMAN AT THE FRONT ALREADY HAD AN ATTITUDE AND I DID NOT WANT THEM TO NOT SERVE US OUR FOOD.
Now I am standing there and my wife steps behind me and gets napkins....I watch the lady at the counter look at my wife and say " Really, do you really need that many?".
So THIS PISSED ME OFF AND HENCE GETS THIS TERRIBLE REVEIW. I WOULD HAVE ASK FOR MANAGEMENT OR A REGIONAL MANAGER, BUT AGAIN , WE WERE IN A BIT OF A HURRY.
SO, IF MANAGEMENT IS READING THIS CALL ME IF YOU CARE!!! BECAUSE YOUR WORKERS, ARE TERRIBLE!!! I SEEN 2 THAT SHOULD NOT HAVE A JOB AND THEN THERE WAS A NICE SHORT ORIENTAL LADY WITH GLASSES MAKING FOOD. SHE DIDNT DO ANYTHING BUT MAKE FOOD. SO NO COMPLAINTS ON HER!!!

Read moreI generally avoid fast food restaurants. However something possessed me to set foot in here the other day. I ordered a beef crunch wrap and quesarito. The crunch wrap was bland tasting but otherwise unoffensive. The quesarito was an evtreme disappointment. I remember the clerk who was very friendly and personable by the way asked me if I wanted to add extra sour cream to the quesarito. I said no and am very glad I did. What I received was a very small burrito for the price. To make matters worse this thing contained mainly nothing but sour cream. (So glad I didn't add extra). There was Very little by way of beef and rice, however there was in addition to massive amounts of sour cream a generous serving of artificial cheese sauce that tasted like chemicals and nothing at all like cheese. Needless to say I won't be ordering from Taco Bell again anyrime soon. Alsio during the duration of my dinning experience a person who was obviously under the influence of narcotics stubbled in a placed an order. This man looked very intoxicated and also dangerous and generally unseemly. This in itself is no fault of the restaurant I realize. But after placing his order the man sat down at one of the booths and fell asleep. After several minutes when his order was prepared they shouted out his name. There was of courseno answer as he was asleep and neither hear Optus name called or respond. One look into the dinning area would have shown the staff that this inebriated derelict was snoozing and that the normal call of the name would not deliver this man's food. So they proceed to shout the name repeatedly at ever increasing decimals until the cacophony of repeated name shouting finally aroused him by nature of the shrill volume. That mad for a most unpleasant experience while was trying to stomach eating my pitiful burrito. They do have lots of different soda options than those found on most typical soda machines. When I left I felt sick and nauseous like I had just ingested a slew of chemicals which is essentially what my meal was. It was all I could do to not vomit as I walked out. I'm still not sure what possessed me to have lunch here but I do know I probably won't ever be returning. Read moreWent to this Taco Bell location on May 10 at around 8:45 pm. I placed my order on one of the kiosks and paid with card. I stood there for at least 10 minutes watching the kitchen prepare several drive thru orders. When they were complete with the drive thru,they then sat there for a hot second before asking the other couple in the lobby if they had ordered (they had, but needed to pay cash). Then after servicing that couple, they then asked me if I had ordered, and I was told them my name and that I had ordered on the kiosk and paid card. They had to print out a receipt from their counter pos system and take the paper ticket back to build my order… so during the majority of my 10+ minutes wait, apparently they were completely unaware of my order and even had time to sit and do nothing, all while they had 3 guests waiting in the lobby. When they finally did get me my order, they had forgotten the grilled cheese in the outside of the beef grilled cheese burrito, so I had to return to the store for them to remake it. I mean a beef grilled cheese burrito without the grilled cheese is just a beef burrito, which is not what I had ordered. I am leaving a 2 star review because they did correct the order, but altogether it was still completely unacceptable standard of service. I have never had any issues with any other Taco Bell location until this one. I usually don’t even ask for mistakes to be corrected, especially when the restaurant is understaffed or slammed with work. This was bot the case.
