Olive Garden GEM!! Second time here since 6 months ago and other OGs we’ve been to can’t compare. You won’t be disappointed!! Our server, she was very nice. Last time we had a gentleman who was above and beyond. It’s the small details that he made us feel VIP. It was my daughter’s birthday and I asked our waitress if they sang Happy Birthday and she said they didn’t do that anymore. No biggie. About 5 minutes later I hear a table singing HBD. I just thought to myself it might be the guest singing not staff. WELL our waiter said they do give free dessert and I can put a candle on it so we’re like cool. Another server came drop off the dessert and we all heard him asked our waitress, do you need a singer and she said no. My daughter was right there and we heard it from way across the table. It was odd to us because she had been so friendly and willing to give great customer service. So listen, the manager comes around to make sure all is good and we decided not to say anything. Mainly because we were having such a great time and we didn’t want to “complain” and make it a big deal. Reason for mentioning this is if you want to be sang to know that they still do. If your waiter says no check with the manager. We will definitely be coming to this location only. The taste is so much better.

Server was friendly, knew the menu and was a great. However, my cousins both ordered the exact same meal: chicken parm, hold the marinara, add Alfredo. Their chicken was smothered in excessive amounts of cheese with a mushy, soggy bottom from sitting in marinara sauce prior to being re-plated with Alfredo. I also ordered 2 meals and 2 desserts to go, while we ate desserts at the end of the meal. The desserts there were great, and we had no complaints with them. I unpacked the food at home for my roommates and only had 1 salad, 1 dessert, no breadsticks and one entree was overcooked mush and cold within 10 minutes of leaving the restaurant. The other entree was still piping hot and fresh, and my roommate had no complaints. This location has always been my favorite, but the kitchen staff is seriously lacking and bringing down the restaurant. The servers and runners were all incredibly friendly and courteous, as they always have been. The restaurant was also clean, and bathrooms were as well. I just feel like, for $160 for 5 entrees, 5 desserts, and 2 appetizers ... We could have gone to a much nicer restaurant with better food that didn't come ill-prepared or not included with the to-go order.

Our experience at this Olive Garden was disappointing, despite the exceptional service provided by our server, Hope, who was the only redeeming factor in an otherwise unpleasant visit. Hope went above and beyond to ensure we had a good dining experience, but the behavior of the management was unprofessional and anxiety-inducing.

Throughout our meal, the manager Julian and another female manager stood against a wall in the dining area, closely observing our section, including our table, from approximately 15 feet away. This persistent surveillance was uncomfortable and intrusive. After enduring this for over 30 minutes, I mentioned to Hope that our family would appreciate a little more privacy. Hope promptly relayed this concern to the managers, but their response only escalated the situation.

Julian approached our table and asked, "Was your lunch enjoyable?" I replied that while the meal was fine, their constant watching of our section was unnerving. Instead of addressing my concern professionally, Julian responded dismissively, saying, "I hate that you are offended by me trying to make sure everyone is taken care of, but that's just the way it is." I clarified that my discomfort had been communicated clearly to Hope, who in turn had informed him, and his decision to confront us felt unnecessary and inappropriate. I requested that we not be interrupted further, but Julian replied, "Feel free to leave if you are that uncomfortable," and walked away.

Shortly after, the other female manager approached our table, again disrupting our meal, claiming she wanted to ensure Hope was meeting our needs. I reiterated that Hope was an outstanding server, even sharing that I had tipped her generously during a previous visit. I expressed my discomfort with their behavior and asked them to be more mindful, as it felt invasive. She apologized, explaining that corporate had been pressuring them to improve service during the slow season, and then walked away.

While we have always enjoyed dining at Olive Garden and have consistently had positive interactions with the wait staff, this experience with Julian and the female manager left a sour impression. Their unprofessional conduct overshadowed what could have been a pleasant meal. Despite our loyalty to this location and our habit of tipping generously (30% to 150%), we are hesitant to return after this encounter. The behavior of the management was not reflective of the standards we expect from...

It was only a 30/45 min wait. The food was great. We normally come here a lot but after last time, I'm not so sure. The waitress we had could have just been really tired, im not sure. I kept hearing other customers saying that they believe she was high.

My husband, myself, our 2 boys and my mom ate there. I told the waitress we wanted 4 sweet teas, 1 water and my mom told her the mix drink she wanted. She wrote the stuff in her pad (or acted like she did) she brought back 5 teas 1 water and no mix drink was ever brought to my mom. I told her we didn't need the extra tea. We were still charged for it though.

My husband ordered the build your own pasta with spaghetti noodles, 5 cheese marinara and meatballs. They brought him sausage! He asked for salad instead of soup, they brought soup! When I tried to tell the lady it wasn't right, He just said it was okay. Wouldn't want to get anyone in trouble especially when she kept messing up.

Then when another lady was putting cheese on our food and asked us to tell her when to stop, I told her right away because she was slinging cheese all over me. I didn't want to cause a scene so I didn't say anything but, I was definitely ready to go after that.

I ordered 2 kids meals for my kids. One wanted pepperoni pizza with grapes and the other wanted chicken tenders with grapes. My kids loves grapes. Fries were brought with the pizza and it was just a cheese pizza, no pepperonis.

All the other times we have ate there, it was always pleasant. No one got anything wrong or forgot anything. I have never had cheese slung all over me instead of on my plate at any olive garden I have eaten at. Because of this one experience I don't think I want to go back anymore.

The manager actually came and asked us how our meal was. We said good and he asked how we were treated? We all looked at each other and then said it was ok. We didn't want to get the waitress in trouble. She was messing up everything so something was obviously wrong with her. We just asked for some togo boxes for our...

This review is based on an experience on June 7th, 2023.

Food was great and quick; the back of the house seemed to have everything going well. The front of the house was an opportunity, from both the server and manager, though.

It wasn't very busy (it was before the dinner rush) when we were seated. After waiting for about ten minutes for the first greet from our server, we asked the hostess if she could get our server. This was after trying to using the Ziosk to call the server. The server did come to the table and take orders, relatively soon after. The manager did stop by and apologize for the extended wait.

Through the meal, refills were slow or non-existent. I ordered a second beer from the server. About ten minutes passed, and I had not received a beer or any communication from our server, so I utilized the Ziosk to order a beer (my assumption was the server had forgotten). The server brought a beer to me and practically scolding me for using the Ziosk and told me I'd be charged twice. I explained why I had used the Ziosk.

When it was time to pay, I still had the double charge for the second beer on my bill. I asked the server and she was adamant that it was practically my fault. I asked for the manager. About ten minutes passed, and the server came back to the take and told me the double charge for the beer had been removed. I did ask if the manager was too busy to talk to me, and the server reminded me the charge had been removed. I again asked if the manager was too busy or if there was another reason the manager didn't come to speak to me. At that point, as I'm paying on the Ziosk, the server said she'd go get her manager. I waited for a minute or two, didn't think it was worth investing any more of my time in, and I exited the...
