I've never been so disgusted with an experience at Starbucks so I guess I was spoiled by Arizona Starbucks. Even the old Starbucks on Daniel Webster highway down by the Pleasant Lane blew either of the 2 existing stores out of the water. I have yet tied one drink that I even wanna drink here because it certainly doesn't taste like a mocha and let me just tell you and interests and little story about my experience on July 24th and none on July 25th.
July 24th I went through the drive-through at my mom got to drinks and to butter croissants. Got to the window and but the girl working there was either having a really bad day or is just a naturally rude person. We had to knock on the window to remind her that we ordered to croissants which we had been charged for. It took her about 10 minutes to heat up one croissant with nobody behind us and nobody in the store. Than when we looked in the bag we realize there is only 1 croissant there so again we had to knock on the window to get Her attention. She really told us that there were 2 in the bag and we needed to look again. Some my mom open the bag and showed her the one croissant that she put the bag this time it took or 20 minutes to get us our 2nd 1 so read and even eat them for fear of what she had done to our food. Now you think at this point somebody would've apologize for her oversight but instead she rode they said to us was not my fault I can't hear you over the head set.
I immediately called the store and spokes the manager who was extremely nice and explained everything that happened and she said to come-back to the store it or say or tomorrow should give me a full credit Which I thought was very kind. I came back-to the store today to reorder the exact same order asked for the manager who proceeded to look at me like I had 10 heads after I explain what happened the day before. The manager that I spoke with on July 24th said she would leave a note for the manager the next day-in the manager coming in later that day so everyone was aware of what had Happened. So i tried to order again with this new manager Hull gave me more than attitude than a nasty cashier from yesterday
Now I think I was pretty clear when I ordered a grand day nonfat no it most and a grand a vanilla latte but what I got instead was a white mocha and who knows what I was getting Max but I certainly don't wanna drink either of my drinks are eat my food because I'm pretty sure she did something nasty to them because she gave me such an attitude after I informed her she got my order wrong. Lesson learned Starbucks in New Hampshire shouldn't exist they belong in Arizona and California because apparently that's the only place where they can get the orders right and where people have customer-service skills and don't treat you like the enemy when they get your order wrong .
I'll definitely be looking out the name of the regional manager and giving him a call or her a call later today to share my wonderful experience and drinks / food I am...
Read moreSo, I hate to give negative reviews of a Starbucks, I know it can be tough to work there and I know people try their best, but something is off at this location. This isn't from 1 visit, it's from a local who has been there several times over the past few years, and in the last 6 or so months, there's been a steady decline in the quality of service. One of the notable things has been the drive through cycle time/wait. Unless you hit it just right, if the cars are backed up 3-5 deep before the order kiosk expect a wait of 20 or more minutes. They've made me late for something at least twice this summer. I know it can be very hard to predict - you never know what is going on with orders etc. but by comparison, in similar situations, the exit 6 location is never more than 8-10 minutes even in the longest lines I've seen there. The thing that I've observed as part of the problem, 3 times out of 5 I see issues with my order, not ready when I get there, doesn't have the cream, doesn't have the sweetener, has way too much cream - and all I'm typically ordering is one drink no food. Exit 6 they get it right every single time - I've NEVER had an issue there. Look, fast food is a tough game, and I can't imagine the challenges that they face with getting good, consistent help and management, so I don't like to be too rough on my reviews, but something is off at this location. I'm sure there are lots of wonderful people here, but if you're not managed and trained well, service will suffer. So I don't blame the people taking the orders as much as I might look at how things are managed. Your mileage of course may vary, but I've noticed a very inconsistent level of service and attention to detail and I think this accounts for the unusually long drive through times. I think regional management may want to consider taking a closer look at how this location is run and try to bring...
Read moreVery frustrating going here lately. Every time I order a vanilla latte with sugar free syrup. They ask.. “non fat milk?” I say no. And get the non-fat milk anyway. Today same order— my husband also asks how much caffeine is in a venti latte and the lady had no clue. So while we were waiting for our turn we looked it up. I’m pregnant and can only have so much caffeine in a day and little did we know the venti was too much as we suspected. So we asked them to remake it with the proper amount of caffeine.. we get the response.. “well she already made it.” Really??...... first, I’ve never had a response like that from a Starbucks employee. They’re usually very accommodating. I’m pregnant and you can’t remake a coffee you had already messed up with the wrong milk anyways? so we went inside to ask them again. I’ve honestly never had an issue with a Starbucks other than this...
