Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

I am so disappointed with this Chic Fil A location. I placed an order on the online app- the final order time was 10:13 AM- I ordered chicken minis for my birthday breakfast (also a huge craving as I am 9 months pregnant as well). My husband arrives to Chic Fil A at 10:28AM (long drive). I typed in his stall number in the app and it said order has been cancelled contact representative. The manager said the order has been cancelled because breakfast stops being sold at 10:30. He said we will receive a refund. I still have yet to see my refund of $18.63 & it’s been a few days now. I cannot believe with the order being placed and paid for before 10:30AM after the drive in they cancelled it last minute. This order should’ve been made and waiting. No one has reached out to me or anything. As someone who is a huge fan of Chic Fil A I expected to be treated better and a solution come of the issue experienced but unfortunately that is not the case. I will not be returning to...

Very good but people need to know this is not a typical Chick Ful A. This restaurant is in a secured state office building. I have seen tourist searching for it and you will not see it. To go here you must go through a security check point in the tall white state tower or Snodgrass Building. From midway on the block on 7th ave N go down the stairs under the building and through the revolving door. Inside you must go through a check point and need to tell them you are going to Chick Fil A. Then go back and turn right then immediately left then right at the end of the hall. You'll see Chick Fil A on the left through the Windows. When you leave you must check out with the guard. Some of the guards aren't really happy to deal with non state...

Service is subpar for a Chick-fil-a. It took them 3 tries to give me all the items for my order. The employee kept rolling her eyes at me when asking if I was waiting on something else. And whatever organization is setup with a table outside your restaurant is harassing customers for money. Presumably they have permission to be there, but I recommend you rethink that before they chase everyone away. I told them no on my way in and they continued to ask me on my way back out. I used coupons to afford my meal, I don’t have extra money to donate. I don’t appreciate their attempt to harass and guilt-trip me into giving money I don’t have.
