The music and the church is always beautiful and we aren't regular members but we go on Christmas Eve because they have a gorgeous mass but this time we left feeling very offended. It was horrible. The mass was beautiful until the gospel when the priest basically said you should go to church every Sunday and if you don't you need to go to confession and you won't be able to receive communion; he continued to say that if you are not 100% committed to the Catholic Church you aren't welcome. We felt very targeted and on top of it all this wasn't the actual Christmas Eve Mass. The church had performed the mass from the week before with the wrong homily.
