Daddy’s Dogs (Printer's Alley) — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Worst experience I’ve ever had. They open at 9pm and we didn’t know. We got there at 8:45pm and we stood outside looking in. We thought they had closed early. We could see the cook inside looking at us. She finally said.. we are closed. We left. I checked google and realized we were just early.

We waited the 15 minutes then went back to order. The clerk was so rude she actually asked if I was the one wanting in earlier. I explained we thought they were closing early and didn’t realize she hadn’t opened yet. She just shook her head at me.

She took my order, but with serious attitude. The food was really bad and given her attitude towards us and the quality of food we will never go back.

The professional and nice thing to do was to let us know she’s not open yet and will be in 15 minutes instead of yelling through the window… we’re closed! Bad...

A hole in the wall place with food you don't want to miss. Located in Printer's Alley you will find a hot dog shop selling some usual and unusual concoctions! Fairly priced for good sized portions. Wife got the chili cheese dog and I got the Georgia dog. The chili cheese dog has the usual, while my Georgia dog had half of a large peach cut up with jalapenos, cream cheese, and Daddy Dog's "secret sauce."

The Georgia dog had that perfect combo of sweet (peach) and spicy (jalapeno). Large size hot dog, unlike the normal grocery sized ones you often see.

No seating as this is pretty much a food stand. So, you will have to find a wall to lean against or walk around. Gave 4 on service and atmosphere due to not really having either since it is not a normal sit...

I was here Sunday night 5/18 around11:30pm. I have 0 complaints about the service or the taste but unfortunately between the 3 people in my group who all got hot dogs late Sunday night, we were all throwing up simultaneously at 5:45am Monday morning. None of us had drank more than a couple of drinks and the only thing we had that day to eat was Hattie Bs which didn’t bother any of our stomachs. I was glad to see such great reviews when I came on but it appears we may have had a bad batch of hot dogs that made us very sick in the middle of the night before leaving for the airport. Not a...
