We were celebrating my grandson birthday. The service we received was very very disappointing. We waited over a hour to get food service. Some food had to be sent back. The grilled chicken was dried out and overcooked on two plates the third plate was under cooked and rubberish. My shrimp was sent back, it looked grilled on the outside and cold cold on the inside. Let me remind you every time we sent something back, we had to wait again. By this time frustration hits. While waiting on food to come back right We take this time to start on cake and ice cream. Obviously kids meal turned out fine (pizza, chicken strips even the salmon plate). Couldn't get table clean from dirty dishes, I had to clean our own table from dishes then my daughter had to go get the small saucers for the cake but she did not get silverware and we had to do a long wait for those. After waiting quite a while on food and silverware I felt the need to speak with manager again at this point. Now the family is having to eat ice cream cake with their hands befor we finally got any silverware. Forgot to mention when I sent the chicken and shrimp back the first time I also asked for management who came out listen to my complaint, took the food back, and we did not see him anymore. Not even an apology. When I got the check I was still being charged for the third plate of chicken I sent back. Even to get that corrected I had to go up to the game area to ask for another manager just to get it corrected after waiting again for assistance. Once it was corrected, we waited sitting 8 minutes to cash out. We decided to get up and go pay in the game area. Ten to 15 steps away from the table, this is when the waitress said goodnight and thank you. My words was, ""thank you sweetie but I been sitting here because my check has not been settled". Still no apology and no gratitude for the worst service we received on a Celebration evening with family. That bill was $183.00 dollars plus another $200.00 in games. Will I be...
Read moreJust want to start by saying most, if not all of the employees at this location (especially the overworked bartenders) are worth 5 stars in every category they single handedly carry this store despite dealing with the negative impact that comes from greedy corporations
Dave n busters used to offer good value, after the recent price raises I don’t see a reason to come back when there are better arcades for what you pay for. PS5/Series X. 160k228k tickets And an average of 35.05% inflation across the entire winners circle (redemption area)
Service was fantastic the bartender was attentive and had great recommendations
I really hope all this extra cost goes to the people who actually work here and not the corporate parasites that don’t do any work.
Had to argue with someone about our card missing 300 chips then had to contact corporate because they said we spent them (the time it showed that we spent them we were at work) the manager said there was nothing she could do and was nice enough to throw a 20 dollar credit on there. Corporate said she could’ve reversed it right there. But how would she know that if corporate does not do any form of training other “MAKE MONEY”
Also we have had well over 5 or 6 times where nobody at the register knows how to apply your loyalty rewards to your power up card.
It seems like corporate is not training any managers and managers are not well equipped enough from corporate to train their employees it starts from the top and the top is not doing anything but collect a paycheck while these managers are left with no information and no help.
Summary: You pay more than you used to for less quality. Very anti consumer and pro corporate.
All it takes is a quick google search for other arcades and you will have a better time with a much better value.
We are people who have dropped well over $2,000 on dnbs in the last year and we are gladly taking our business to better arcades like...
Read moreWe have been here many times and have always had a great experience. I am sadden to be writing a negative review. We arrived at DB and was told it would be an hr wait (no worries we understood), we received out text notice it was time to come to the front to be seated, we were seated quickly and the host was friendly. However, we waited a total of 45 mins for someone to help us. After about 15 mins we asked the host if she could call for our waiter/waitress and explained no one has come to help us. After 25 mins we explained to her again no one has come to our table to get our drink order. She stated she would help us once she seated the customers she was helping. She did come to our table and wrote down our drink order but still 10-15 mins passed and we did not receive our drinks. At this point we got the attention of a manager and explained we have been waiting for over 35 mins for a waiter/waitress, and he stated he would have someone over to us quickly. Finally, someone come over and took our drink order and, again, 15-20 and we did not even have a water. We tracked down the manager, again, and explained the issue was not resolved. Finally, after speaking with the manager twice and the assistant manager (who ended up taking our drink orders for the 3rd time) we did receive our drinks. We eventually got to order food and it took about another 45 mins to 1 hr to get our food. Which there were 2 items we tried to order and were told they had sold out for the day/night and we ordered an appetizer and was told it was sold out but then later it was brought to us??? It was explained to us that our wait was due to our waitress serving another large table (which is no excuse). We did get a percentage off on our bill for our troubles but overall we were not happy. We really enjoy coming to DB and will give it another try but the experience on that day...
