Funny Library Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Honestly the coffee wasn’t bad; however, the two workers were about the rudest baristas I’ve ever met. No respect and barely even showed any appreciation to the customers. Not welcoming at all. Both just sat and talked about the customers after they ordered/played on their phone. The girl working with long brown curly hair was the absolute worse. Witnessed multiple people try to ask her questions and she’d just roll her eyes or talk about them to the blonde girl after they left. Ridiculous. Because of this I’ll never come back and support this coffee shop. For my food (which was just a piece of avocado toast) and a coffee I paid about $24. Do not recommend this place solely off the rude staff!!!!! Such a disappointment, wish I could take...

We ordered breakfast, but it never came. After 40 minutes waiting we asked for a refund, but they didn’t make it easy for us to get one. We had an appointment for a tour and a three hour drive ahead of us and had to do it without a break and without food just because there was no time since we had to wait for 40 minutes for nothing. We had to leave the place hungry. The least the they could have done was making us aware of this super long waiting time when we ordered. Usually breakfast is served within 10 minutes of waiting. Funny Library is a staple for me - I shared this spot with so many friends and they absolutely love it! The hospitality is truly unmatched, coffee is unbelievable, and it's a great spot to network. The baristas have become good friends and it truly makes my day when I see them! The thoughtfulness and care they show towards their customers is incredible. So grateful for all they do - truly some of the hardest working people with the biggest hearts. Exclusively will drink iced vanilla lattes as long as these queens...
