Truly don’t understand the hype about the place. So they do celebrity hair big whoop. I get the feeling that unless you are a celebrity they don’t care about glamming you up. I made an appt with Alana Moody and she cancelled on me online. Didn’t even have the audacity to call and reschedule me. I was then given A new stylist that was there who did nothing for me. She claimed she couldn’t lighten my hair up to a lighter blonde without breaking my hair and gave me a blow out that lasted 2hrs before it frizzed up. $300+ dollars later. I went to my stylist in NYC three days later to fix the job who legit glammed me up and added extensions and confirmed the job Sweet Melissa’s Salon did was subpar. Best salon in Nashville!!! It's always scary for us blondes to find someone who understands what we want without ruining our hair, and Melissa & her girls get it! I have been coming back to her for four years now and I will never go anywhere else. If I ever move away from Nashville, I will fly back just for my hair appointments. She's helped me grow my hair out healthy while still maintaining my bright blonde locks that I love so much! Also, for my extension girls, her method and retention are hands down the best in the game. The whole salon is just a fun, positive, and uplifting environment to be in, I look forward to my appointments every time. It truly is a VIBE. I can't recommend this...

I was visiting in Nashville when my hand tied decided it was going to fall out on one side. I was in a panic and reached out to sweet Melissa's and they had me come in and Emily did an amazing job reinstalling my hand tied hair extensions. I've actually never had someone install them so securely and cleanly. They have still held up really well and I had this done mid June.
