I honestly can’t say enough great things about Menscape. From the quality of their services to the way they treat you as a human being, they go so far beyond what you’d expect. A few days ago, I was running late for an appointment with them and, on my way, I was clipped by a semi in the alley near their building. I was rattled and stressed — but the way the team at Menscape responded truly blew me away.

They didn’t just check if I could still make it to the appointment — they came outside to make sure I was physically okay, checked on the state of my car, and then offered me complimentary services just to help turn my day around. It wasn’t about the transaction, it was about care. Real, human care.

I want to give a massive thank you to Agam, Samantha, Lala, Thomas, and Brittany — you each went above and beyond not just in the services you provide, but in how you show up for people. As a fellow business owner, it was humbling and inspiring to witness that level of compassion and professionalism in action. Menscape was absolutely incredible. Thomas was incredible to work with. I had the full manzillian wax done for the first time and it was far less intense than I imagined. Thomas made me feel comfortable and at ease through the entire process, and relatively painless (key word: relatively). The process from arrival to checking out was easy, welcoming, and filled with care. On my way out Agam was incredible to chat with and he made sure my entire experience was great. When considering where you should go get waxed or trimmed, choose this establishment because they specialize in men’s care. They are masters at ensuring your skin is kept safe and isn’t damaged by the act of waxing your hair. They care about not only providing you a great service and experience but that your aftercare is quick.

I highly recommend using the aftercare products they suggest. In less than 24 hours I was good as new (and super smooth). I’d rate it a 12/10 experience and can’t wait to go back for my next appointment.

First time to visit Manscape. Great experience all around. Online booking was fast and easy to navigate. Turned out my schedule got shifted on my end in Nashville the day of my visit, leaving me with an unplanned 3-4 hr wait before my scheduled appointment with Thomas. A simple text got my appointment shifted around last minute which was a very impressive accommodation on their part and eliminated my wait time. I don’t believe I would have seen that kind of effort from any corporate run salon. Thomas was my esthetician and I couldn’t have asked for a more comfortable experience in all aspects. He was welcoming and explained all steps of the service. My back and butt wax was professionally completed with less than expected discomfort and zero awkwardness.
