McAlister's Deli — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

Ordered delivery for lunch bc I was busy at work and couldn’t leave. I ordered through their website. They have door dash deliver for them. (Now I know) The door dasher left my food 7 mins from my location after I gave him the address multiple times. He texted me and told me he’s not about to drive & find the location & left it at a random apartment entrance 7 mins away. I called McAlister’s to let them know and how I couldn’t leave to get it because I had patients in the chair. I called them. The girl told me to go to through doordash because she thought I ordered through doordash. I don’t have the doordash app. She told be she would get a manager, but she hung up. I couldn’t through. Finally, get through & she puts me on hold. I hang up and call from my work line. The manager answers & apologizes. She said she would refund me my order cost of my order which was over 30 dollars. It would take 24-48hrs. Of course that didn’t happen. Called a week later to see if the refund was put through and just taking longer. A different manager said he will get with his GM that was next door and call me back. Of course he never did.

The whole process is a huge inconvenience and I was charged for food I never received. Not giving...

Do NOT order to-go delivery from here. I always order between 2-4pm when its slow. More than half the time, it seems like workers purposely do NOT add everything with my order and I'm never able to get partial refund from Uber. I'm so done. Never ordering to-go from this stupid location ever again. Whoever works in the kitchen is seriously scamming people by NOT filling up the to-go soups everytime. It really got me pissed because it's literally half empty sometimes. I tried calling but nobody answers

The last 5 times my order didn't have everything and it's also the Uber drivers fault for never double checking No chips with my soup Missing 2 cookies (couldn't get refund) Missing butter & sour cream for spud Soup only half way filled up Missing cookie again...

Walked in to the smell of old mop water or something unpleasant. Three employees were in the front of the store. None of them acknowledged me or my friend. The 2 women went back to the food prep area, while the cashier said nothing when we got to the counter. I told my friend that the carrot cake was 50 cents more than the website said, and that's when the cashier remarked about the price, still not greeting us. The potato soup was watery and I had to doctor it up at home. My sandwich was missing mayo, just dry bread with ham and cheese melted. I used to go to the one in Gallatin, but this location will not get another...
