First of all... you may have thought you’ve had good coffee before, but just wait until you walk into the Starbucks on West End. These girls know how to make a mean cup of coffee. I’ve had every single item on the menu TWICE and each time is better than the last. I work in customer service for a living and let me tell you this, I THOUGHT I knew what customer service was. That is, until I walked into this store. I was proven wrong in the best way possible. This is by far and away the friendliest staff you’ll ever meet in your lifetime, from their manager, Brandon, all the way down to the lowly janitor they employ, Abigail.

Another friendly tip: while you’re in the plaza, if you ever need any service done on your phone and/or laptop, or you just want to browse some cool Apple products, head over to Simply Mac. They are the best. Perhaps the smartest and friendliest guys Apple has to offer. You’d be hardpressed to find a friendlier group of people, apart from the staff at this grade A...

I come here multiple times a week, but have recently stopped due to a certain man who is there from dusk till dawn almost every day. I have heard him on several occasions say inappropriate things about shooting people and Islamphobic comments. There was one day where it was so alarming, that everyone around me got up and left. Before I left, I alarmed the staff, who did nothing. The other day I also watched him tap on a customers shoulder then pretend he didn't when the man turned around to see who was trying to get his attention. I have also caught him a few times staring at me, which like I've been saying is very uncomfortable when you just want to enjoy your morning. I used to love going to this Starbucks before I had work to get a few things finished, but said man is always there and makes the environment very uncomfortable. Other than that, the coffee is...

I went one of my favorite breakfast spots this morning ordered and venti iced caramel macchiato. I wanted to use my rewards points that you can earn when you put money on a Starbucks card verses paying directing through your account. Also then send weekly promotions to collect more points. The staff we very friendly but charged me twice for 1 drink n took both my rewards off my card. They say they put it back but it currently does not appear as returned on my card. Be careful when using rewards that you let staff know ahead of time...
