Holy bagolies, what a great deal!! Signed my year-long lease for my part-time afternoon office (3pm-midnight once a week), just over a month ago, and I’m still pinching myself how perfect the space is! Right across from the Parthenon (the view!), with free parking in the garage for clients and myself, with perfect soothing decor (every room has a couch, comfy chair and desk/chair, plus 3 lamps, a bookcase and lovely art). There’s electronic sign-in for clients so the office is secure, free coffee/tea, and I love that I can see clients as late as I’d like (I’m a board-certified hypnotist and a lot of my clients are musicians who prefer later hours). This is really a wonderful space and I feel safe here at all times. Marcus (Therapy Space CEO) is so prompt in responding to questions, and the price is incredible. I am so happy I found Therapy Space as this is exactly what I wanted my ideal office to be (well actually better lol, since there’s even lots of great restaurants in walking distance). The rent is all inclusive for things like a printer, miscellaneous office supplies, (paper, notepads, paper clips) and coffee and tea as well as a lovely kitchen space and waiting area. The lobby is designed for online check in so as a practitioner you know when your client has arrived.
