The Honey Baked Ham Company — Restaurant in Nashville-Davidson

If I could give them less than 1 star, I would. I ordered 2 trays from them with just ham and roasted turkey breast. Another department ordered from the one in Brentwood. I called the store because our order was late and I wanted to make sure that it was on its way. The store couldn't give me any information about my order even though they are the store that fulfilled it. The receipt I received says to call the store if I have any issues. I was put on hold and they answered the phone seven times with the opening greeting. It is ridiculous how long it took to speak to someone who could answer my questions and give me more information. I asked for the manager and she put me on hold to answer the AR question on line 4. I work in retail and can understand when it is busy, but their customer service is beyond ridiculously poor. I will never order from this...

Very disappointed with this company at this location. They pre-billed me for a ham then when my sister went to pick it up for Thanksgiving they apparently sold all of them. Awesome!

Then when I called they said they had a couple being glazed and she would get one. Well the line thined and she was at the front. Again they announced at the location that they sold out I call back and she said they had, then hadn't then said she would get one again...... So unorganized and unprofessional. There is a serious lack of communication with the 'team' at this location.

Well my sister finally got a ham and it is frozen solid. Awesome! Label torn off too... wonder if this was an old ham...Who knows but I suppose if we all get sick tomorrow I...

The two ladies (Jasmine and Patrice) working the counter when my family walked in were perhaps two of the friendliest and most helpful workers we’ve ever encountered. They were so considerate and sincere — the exact type of worker every business should strive to find and hold on to. Their service was absolutely exceptional. Honey Baked Ham’s food was excellent too (Carli made us some great sandwiches!), but quality customer service seems to be in such rare supply that I feel this to be the most noteworthy part of our experience walking into this store, leading me to post this review when I otherwise wouldn’t...
