I'll start with the food. I had the supreme omelette which was good and very large. Coffee was also surprisingly good. So overall, for the quality and the price it's not a bad choice. Now for my experience with the staff. My waitress was great! Very attentive and friendly. However, my experience with the manager on duty did not make a good impression. I was waiting to be seated and a waiter walks up to the hostess and asks her a question in Spanish. So the hostess responds to him in Spanish then the manager walks up. She then proceeds to say "English only please". I can't understand what it matters. As I get seated I then hear the manager continue telling the waiter now, "if your customer speaks Spanish that's fine, other than that I want everyone to speak English". First of all, this is Vegas, I hear tons of different languages here a few it's awesome to have so many people from all over the world descend here for work and pleasure, a true melting pot and that's part of what makes Vegas so much fun. Second, I wasn't being responded to in Spanish, my entire conversation with the hostess was in English so she was speaking English, the manager just butted her way in on a conversation and made assumptions. I don't understand why a private conversation can't take place between two co workers in a language that they want. I don't need to know what they're talking about and I doubt that they're trying to hide what they're saying from guests, a ton of people speak Spanish. Lastly, what if I was a fair skinned Spanish speaker and I initiated a conversation with the hostess before she arrived? Isn't that kind of dumb to make an assertion that I speak English? I really didn't appreciate how she spoke to the hard working staff. So for that reason, unfortunately 3 stars.

This is such a good cafe with the best price in whole of Las Vegas. I first discovered this last time I was in Vegas. The prime rib is very good and it’s only $14 regularly and $11 on Monday’s. Don’t go too late for the ribs as they might not have any good cuts left. For the sides, I’ll recommend the Mac n cheese and mashed potato with turkey gravy. The ribs are really soft and good too. There’s a daily special. I have attached the menu. The daily special only starts at 4pm. There’s a menu for 50+. I have also attached the menu. Eating here again, a year later. Prime ribs are as good. Ribs excellent too. I also ordered pizza to go. I didn’t enjoy it as much as the tomato sauce is excessive but that’s only me. The toppings are ok. The thin crust is very crunchy and nice. There’s no wait time to get in the restaurant. The food comes not fast but still acceptable. To-go order takes really long. I waited almost half hour for 2 personal pizzas. If you pay by credit card, make sure you bring a piece of id. They also add in a service charge to the takeout order which I don’t appreciate - as I waited for a half hour and I don’t consider that good service.

Service was great and the the breakfast was good as well. Good portions but the food was not warm enough. The prices were reasonable and not expensive at all. Would definitely eat here again. EDIT: We have been here 4 times but on our fifth visit we were very disappointed. While walking to the hostess' podium to be seated, less than 10 ft away, she saw us then decides to walk away. She walked over to the cashier, then started to act like she was getting ready to clean. The young lady at the cashier rolls her eyes, walks over to us and seats us immediately. After seeing that the cashier seated us, the initial hostess then walks back to the podium and seats other guests. Clearly after seeing what was done to us, we asked for the manager to Whom we complained but was told if we were "sure" that is what happened. Seriously?? UNBELIEVABLE! Then she goes on to ask ok I'll talk to her but you guys are not going to eat?? Of course not. After being disrespected and insulted, I have NO appetite to EVER eat there again. If you are going to work in the food industry, on the the front line, you have to be able to SERVE EVERYONE!!

Save your money and go elsewhere. We ate breakfast (or should say ordered) on April 26, 2018. Having read reviews prior to our visit, we decided to go anyway as many of the reviews were not to positive. We should have headed the warnings! The place was busy so we were optimistic. Hubby ordered the steak special and I ordered the French toast meal. Even being busy took longer than one would expect to receive the meal. Scrambled eggs I'm sure are powdered/bottled, as they are a nice neon yellow and were COLD My French toast and hubbys pancakes were not even warm enough to melt the butter Toast was cold and hard My bacon was limp and again, cold Sausage links cold See a pattern here? Oh, I should mention the steak was pale gray and lacked any flavor what so ever. May have been on the warm side but by no means freshly presented. Finally got the servers attention to mention the eggs, to which offered to bring me fresh ones. By now, my hubby revealed the bottom of his pancakes were black/burnt! So, after eating what we dared, and are waiting for our check, server walks by and realizes I've yet to get my fresh eggs (15 minutes later). When she gets to the table she could see we were ready to go and asked if we wanted the once again cold eggs put in a box to go! Really?.... We expressed our dissatisfaction with the meal and knew it wasn't the servers fault, but will be reflected in her tip. She said she would say something to the Chef (her words not mine!). I let her know that I worked in Food service for several years and that if the state came in and temped the food nothing would even come close to passing. She acted surprised! We paid almost $20 for a meal we only ate less than 1/2 of and hoped we didn't get sick off what we did eat. Do yourself a favor, go...

Hidden inside the casino area of The Tuscany Suites & Casino, this place is a gem that's close enough to walk from the strip but just far enough that the prices aren't jacked up for tourists.

What we got: Pot roast with mac and cheese, mash potatoes and house salad with Caesar dressing $12. This was excellent. I loved the pot roast and was surprised at how soft/moist the meat was. The mash potato got raving reviews from my boyfriend and I was impressed with how tasting it was. The mac and cheese was a bit watery, not the best but not bad either.

Coffee (unlimited) $2.39 I had 5 cups of this stuff and it was GREAT! I had several servers come by during to top me off with more fresh coffee before I was even done. The awesome staff even gave me a to-go cup!

Tilapia with mac and cheese and broccoli $10 The fish tasted fresh and the side of broccoli was MASSIVE.

Coke with Grenadine (unlimited) $2.39 Too sweet for me but the boyfriend loved it :)

Service - Was a bit bumpy at first because they seemed to be short staffed. There was a wait to get our orders taken and a wait to get our orders but after that the service picked up and staff was very attentive. A man who seemed like the manager was going around to each booth making sure we were all enjoying ourselves and then he followed up with me to ask if i wanted more coffee LOL, at this point I felt like an addict so I had to politely decline. Then I saw him giving out hugs to some elderly customers and thought that was really amazing customer service.

Totally worth it and I would...
