The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf — Restaurant in Nevada

This was my first time at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf, but this particular location left a terrible impression. During my visit, I encountered three employees who showed zero customer service skills—not a smile, not a greeting, nothing. One of them was even on their phone the entire time, clearly more focused on whatever was on the screen than the customers in front of them.

There was no sense of urgency, no professionalism, and no effort to make the environment welcoming. It honestly felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there.

If this is the kind of service being allowed, it reflects poorly on the management and the brand as a whole. Definitely won’t be returning to...

I ordered a extra large matcha green tea blended with almond milk and they charged $1 extra for it when other stores don’t. I also asked for an extra cup to share with my wife and the worker who prepared my drink did not give me the leftover from the blender but put it in a small cup and drink it for herself in front of the customers. What a pathetic and thoughtless way of observing manners. Management should do something about this...

The coffee tastes burnt and of no flavor. The service was just as mentioned in all the other reviews, horrendous. The girl at the register was sipping on her energy drink the entire time while taking our order and seemed to not care about customers and the gentleman who served up the burnt coffee didnt even acknowledge when greeted and thanked for his service.
