Very rude experience in the drive through! The girl taking our order tonight was new which obviously we didnt mind. But after learning our favorite drink that weāve ordered consistently for years is being discontinued we decided to order our usual and then two tall new drinks to try we ordered a venti double chocolate chip , a venti vanilla bean and a tall Carmel frapp and a tall white chocolate mocha frapp. The girl confirms our order before we pull up and when we get to the window we get 3 drinks but not the tall white chocolate. I asked her for it and she said āoh I didnāt get that oneā so ok fine I asked for it at the window and she confirmed again that I wanted the white chocolate mocha. I paid and she disappeared. A man brought me a tall vanilla bean. I told him that wasnāt what I ordered. At this point Iām frustrated and thereās a super long line behind us. I told him I didnāt want the drink anymore because it was just to much and he snaps and says āwell the girl is newā very rude like as if somehow this was my fault?? He goes away and another girl comes to the window and she tried fixing my issue but I told her I just wanted my refund. And to forget the drink. New or not this isnāt a way to treat customers. I understand training and learning to do things take some time but the way you react over your mistakes can cause customers never to come back to...

If out of one ingredient that drink should not be offered, or the customer should be informed that they are out of an ingredient for that drink. I just ordered 2 mocha cookie crumble frappuccinos from this location and paid for them thinking as such through the drive thru window, as I drove off I realized that the cookie crumble is not there. I turned around and went inside to confront the missing ingredient and was told "think we're out of it, yes sorry". And that was that, didn't even offer to do something else. This is not the first incident I've had of this over last few weeks, has happened at a number of other stores as well. Without the cookie crumble topping it's not the full drink as advertised and is in effect shorting us as the consumers for what we paid, in other words stealing. I was digging for change bc I felt bad for not having enough after they made the drink and warmed the danish I ordered, I was trying to find change when the manager came out and said "it's ok, it's on us." I was shocked and asked if she was sure and she said yes. I started crying bc I had had a horrible few days. This touched me bc they didn't have to show kindness like this to a stranger. They have always been kind but this is what humanity is about. You never know what someone is going threw and one act of kindness can turn their whole day around.
