Dunkin' — Restaurant in New Mexico

Dunkin Donuts used to be open 24hrs at EVERY location. That was the appeal. Now they are supposed to be open until 10pm. Extremely disappointed that the website and Google BOTH say the Coors location serves until 10pm, but if you go in person OR through the drive through a minute past 9:29pm the employees tell you it's closed. If you're not actually open and serving until 10pm, update all your platforms to say 9 or 9:15...As a local business owner myself, I'd be upset if my employees were turning away business that is fairly high within the last 30mins of "open" hours. I just watched an employee take trash out at 10pm after telling me they wouldn't serve me an already-made donut at 9:32pm....I understand that people want to leave early, or take home extra treats, and get paid to get high for the last 20-40min of their shift...but Please either serve when you say you are open, or change your open hours to when your employees are willing to serve customers. Driving 20-25min across town to find out someone refuses to serve during "open business hours" listed is a great way to destroy customer loyalty and spread bad publicity. This is the 3rd time. You were my favorite, but there are at least 3 other donut places within 5min of my house that actually serve until their listed closing times. I won't be coming back to this location unless information is updated and accurate. Happy to update this review if either the hours are corrected or...

What has happened to this place? I work across town and drive here 2-3 times a week to get a mocha cappuccino blast because the one by my work always has a reason for not being able to make one (broken blender, out of coffee mix, etc). The La Orilla location has always had great service..until today. The shift leader refused to make a cappuccino blast, because they're out of vanilla ice cream. When asked if they could use another flavor, she flat out refused, then didn't want to give me her name. First time that's happened, usually they automatically use another flavor if theyre out of vanilla. It was real fun waiting behind the customer in front of me because theres no other way out of the drive thru. GM I hope you're reading this..the morning manager (dude) has always been great. Sylvia the shift leader, disappointing. Customer service tip: don't tell customers what you CAN'T do when they're willing to pay $7 for a frozen drink. Find a solution. Guess I'll take my frozen coffee business elsewhere and save...

Okay I just went to this Dunkin Donuts and trust me if I had to give it a star it would have been 0 but in order for me to give a comment I had to give at least one star!!!!!😠 I ordered a total of 4 items through the drive-thru line when I went to give the girl my money 1) noticed she had "Kruger" like nails what I thought this was a food establishment gross I don't think she should be having nails like that working with food disgusting!!😲😝 2) after I got my food stupid me I did not check my bag and drove away noticing I only got two items not my 4!!!!!!WHAT!!!!! 😠😠😠😠😠😠😲😲 3) went back to the drive-thru line of course there's a wait told the young girl the situation she did not seem to care wait some more for my food!!!!! 4) got my food did not expect it unfortunately noticed that it was missing the meat that I asked for inside I am beyond fed up with this place I will NEVER NEVER NEVER NEVER go back to this establishment again!!!!!
