Terrible experience. We called from North Canton, gave the item number we were interested that was given to us from the Canton location. We were told they had one left and they would hold for us. We drove all the way down there to find out the rep that took the call held the wrong one. Instead of just owning up to her mistake, she told us "this is the item number you gave me" which is impossible because we only ever had 1 item number that we called multiple stores about. No apology, nothing. Just too bad, we can take your name and call you if we get more in. We asked, can you sell us the floor model? "No, we don't do that" We were told. Canton store sold their floor model, Hartville store sold their floor model. We called Cambridge and they sold us their floor model. The reps at the Cambridge store were Awesome! We ended up spending over $1,600 that could've went to the New Phila store. Wasted trip to New Phila....
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThe bald headed man, who is supposedly one of the managers in the store, would not let me look at a Halloween costume that was in a package. It was a Batman costume that my son saw because he must be Batman this Halloween. I politely asked him if I could take it out the package to see how big it was because I'm not sure if the size would be too big for my son. Sometimes those costumes run small and I wanted to try the next size up. He told me I could buy it and take it home and if it was too small then I could return it. I told the cashier I will go to Walmart and spend $30 on a costume there instead of the $17.99 that the costume is priced here at big lots. I was tempted to not buy anything here at this store. I spent over $60.00 in here this evening. I rarely shop here and will for sure shop other stores before coming in here again...

I told her one of the trays had busted, she then went to get a box for me and when she returned, she put it on the counter and said, well is this good enough.... I replied to the cashier saying she doesn't have to be rude....one of the managers was standing on the other side ....and said to the employee just let it go....really that was my first visit to this store in Ohio...and had every intention of returning until...
