Crave Hot Dogs & BBQ New Philadelphia, OH Express — Restaurant in New Philadelphia

I ordered for pickup. I did not know the restaurant was inside Walmart. This should be specified to all phone orders for outsiders that don’t live in the area. I was driving around not realizing it was inside. The bbq meat I consumed was not covered in bbq sauce. It appeared to only have the sauce topped over the meat. The fries would’ve tasted good if they weren’t cold. They are better tasting than fast food fries, and the portion was fair. I will try the hotdogs next time, with warmer fries. I did not...

Everything seems to be warmed up in the microwave. A place that sells '" gourmet" hot dogs ... ought to at least be able to serve a hot dog .... that's HOT. (The hot dog was not even warm inside). The french fries were not hot either, just barely warm, (They were not fried to order, just warmed up.some way. )

The slider and side is a joke. ...just a few bites and not worth the price for sure.

Staff needs to attend "microwave school" if they're going to be serving...
