I ordered the sesame chicken, hot and spicy shredded beef, and the fried wontons. I assumed incorrectly that the fried wontons were crab Rangoon, filled with cream cheese, however, they were filled with meat instead. They were good, they came with a sweet and sour sauce, but would much prefer the classic cream cheese crab Rangoon. I enjoyed the beef overall more because it had onions and peppers, while the chicken was just chicken (3 sprigs of broccoli ;) ) The chicken was good though. It was fresh, the sauce was tasty, but didn’t change my life. I got small portions of everything, and it was plenty of food. Me and my partner could only finish a half portion of each. I highly recommend for the portion size and value. Here is an updated menu, as I haven’t seen one posted in about six years. There’s not much Chinese in the area, so this is your best bet in DUMBO area. Overall, would recommend for an above average Chinese take out, tho didn’t order any dish that would highlight as an NYC game changer.

This place has all your classic American-style Chinese dishes. It's meant to be inexpensive, so it's not the best Chinese food you'll ever eat, but they do a really good job at keeping their prices down while still providing good quality food. I really appreciate it for what it is and will certainly come back.

-Inexpensive being located in dumbo --decent portion for the price ---kitchen is clean n easy to see the chef preparing n cooking your food; the wait area could be cleaner n could use a coat of fresh paintšŸ˜šŸ‘ -Quality is consistent as i ordered few times due to having a construction project in the area.

Ever since my favorite spot chuang chin on hoyt street downtown Brooklyn closed a few weeks ago I've been desperately seeking a new spot that's equally good, especially for that good flavor Chinese fried chicken........I passed this spot many times but never had the time to stop and get anything, plus usually around the time I'm passing they be busy looking. Today I did , I stopped in and , it did not disappoint .....I got the 1/2 chicken with chicken fried rice.....the food tasted fresh and it tasted good....I usually judge the spot based on the fried chicken (a go to for me )....and this place hit the spot, it was fresh and tasted like Chinese fried chicken, not just fried chicken....this hit the spot I dammm near ate the whole thing my all by myself...I'm so happy so far ....I think this might be my new spot...gotta try a few more items, like the lo mein and shrimp and broccoli , but this is definitely my new spot for Chinese fried chicken at the moment....they lady who took the order was nicce and so...

In the past few years their combination platter has gone from $7-$8 For dinner to now $13.75…… all their prices on their food have doubled 100%. Making it impossible to feed a family undoable and making us the working class pay double for food just to have a meal. Best thing to do is go to the nearby stores for good price sandwiches, the Spanish cafe around the corner has great food at a good price and or the supermarket where you can just buy groceries and make your food. Any of that is better than spending double on...
