Terrible service. Placed an order through seamless and received notification it was received and was being made at 12:48pm and to expect the delivery by 1:20pm - 1:30pm the latest. Food never arrived during that time. I work in hospitality so I understand sometimes things can get backed up - totally get that. Called at 1:45pm and spoke with a very rude staff member. Was told delivery guy was already out and would be there in 5 mins. Another 20mins later and still no food - mind you I live in the neighborhood and is roughly 10 blocks away. Called restaurant and they kept sending me to their voicemail to avoid talking to me. Canceled order and received a full refund.

Oh my goodness, maybe hard to believe, but I've struggled to find a fantastic bagel lox in Park Slope. But no longer! Bagel House made me the most delicious and perfect bagel lox with all the right fixins. It's called the Lox Spectacular and that's exactly what it is. The service was wonderful as well. It's true, people remember how you made them feel. Bagel House made me feel like coming back. The atmosphere is nice for a quiet time to yourself or hanging out with some friends. The rest of the menu looked amazing, with a slew of smoothies, griddle platters, and many different types of omelettes, sandwiches and bagels. Way to go...
