Bagel Market — Restaurant in New York

Everyone in my office has been raving about the bagels from Bagel Market on Wall. I found out from my colleagues that it was definitely a thing, so I finally took everyone’s advice and went to find out what all the hype was about. I had a toasted egg bagel with lox cream cheese. I have to say that it was one of the best, if not the best, bagels that I’ve ever had. The texture was on point, and shiny crust was perfect. This was on heck of a bagel. The lox cream cheese was well balanced and flavorful. As is true of most native New Yorkers, it takes a lot to firmly convince me. So, the next day I was back. This time it was for a bacon, egg , and cheese, once again on a toasted egg bagel. And once again, incredibly delicious! Next level bagel. Since then I’ve gone back several times and their bagels have consistently impressed. I may have been the last one in my office to know this place, but now that I do, I’m a huge fan. The owner and the girls are all sweet however the guys making the food are extremely rude. My order was accidentally rung up with whole wheat bread and I asked one of the young ladies if I can please get white bread !! She kindly obliged and then proceeded to tell the guy preparing the food as she told him he side eyed her for several seconds and then she proceeded to rest her hand on his shoulder as if he was bothered and she was trying to calm him down. Which is weird because if you have an issue with doing what your job requires of you then why are you working at that particular job ???? Then he proceeds to slab a pound of peanut butter on my sandwich !!! In which I had to tell say excuse me excuse me I do not need that much peanut butter !!! This kind passive aggressive behaviors do not belong in the food industry I will not be coming back there if he’s going to be the one to prepare food that I have to consume as well as pay for !! After an office vendor provided some delicious bagels and croissants, I could not help myself walking down to get my own.

Well worth it!!! It’s delicious and has a variety of breakfast bagel options and omelettes. They also have combo deals with food/drink options. Any spot with rainbow bagels is a plus, they also have Cheddar Jalapeno Bagel - a must try.

With so much options I decided to go with one of the egg legends, the “Central” - egg whites, turkey bacon & swiss cheese. I even customized it with a croissant.

Ended the trip with a rainbow bagel to go. I would suggest order ahead via their website to avoid extra ubereats charges and do the pickup if possible. This alleviates long lines or just go to front for pickup.
