I am highly upset. I gave my debit card number over the phone to pay for my food and when the food arrived, attached to the paper-bag I see my debit card number, expiration date and zipcode written down on my paper receipt. Are you kidding me? This is a major security risk! That receipt could've landed anywhere and who's to say the driver is a decent person who wont take my information down, I DON'T KNOW HIM. Furthermore, I called to speak with a manager and I got the owner, Jason Goodman, who responded "Well sorry, I don't know what else to tell you". He didn't give a damn and became very combative/confrontational. Then he proceeded to ask for my name and ask where I'm calling from. Does it even matter? I'm a customer and I feel EXTREMELY compromised, THATS ALL THAT MATTERS. Total disregard. He said that they're very busy in the store but being busy is not an excuse for being careless as a business.    Read moreBagels are amazing however there services is very unprofessional. I called for two orders 15 mins prior to getting there because I am 9 months pregnant. Did want to wait on there long lines. I got there and I had to wait 10 mins for anyone to help me . Then when I got the order they charged me for two order however only gave me one. Had to go back and had to wait again. It makes you not want to go there because of the service. My advice to the owner get people that actually know what they are doing and WANT to work.
