Golden Forest — Restaurant in New York

This will be my Fourth time in 8 years going to this Chinese restaurant for take out.. Great, fresh food everytime.. Last two times I ordered chicken wings and fries online which were good. No complaints. These last 2 times I had the Orange Chicken which was cooked perfectly..not overcooked where the meat gets all dry and stringy in your mouth. I also ordered with my Orange Chicken pork Lo-mein which was absolutely delicious. The key to keeping a HAPPY Customer like me is to NEVER change the WAY the meal is cooked! Which this is what I have found at Golden Forest.. consistency...and always provide kind, friendly service which here at Golden Forest they are so courteous and professional. I wish this restaurant continued success. 5 stars for me.. Even my leftovers are great after microwaving...

When you look at the menu online, there is a coupon field, where they give you a can of soda for free if you purchase more than 10.00. They never give you than free can, I called and mentioned it and they denied that it is on their menu, when you go on Yelp, their response was that nothing is free. I am certain that nothing is free, but I was not the one that put it on the menu. This restaurant is not that cheap, they are pretty expensive for a Chinese take out. So I am spending quite bit of money for them to response like this. I am not asking for free stuff, based on what is in the menu online, they are giving a free soda, which at the end is not really free because...

If I can give this place a zero it'll way too much, the owner has an extremely pompous attitude, and will do anything to be condescending to his guests. Every time I order, I order the best food they make, chicken and broccoli, and egg drop soup, and a shrimp roll. I always get rushed off the phone and they miss an item on my order %75 of the time, and when I call back they act as lf like I'm in the wrong.
