Claudio's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in New York

I understand that we are all stressed and on edge lately due to obvious reasons. I had never ordered from you previously. I arrive after ordering from my neighbourhood pizzeria, thinking during these times I should support my local place. I ordered a large pie and showed pick up. There was an incredibly cranky man with gray hair and beard at the cashier. He kept mumbling orders of others (apparently). He told me that my pie was 31 and change. I double checked since he clearly and obviously confused about orders. When I asked him to make sure that it was my tab/ order I was paying for; he yelled and pulled my pie from the counter. He was aggressively saying “ you know what; if you don’t want it, then go” I should have left. However I will post this review on all pages so my neighbours can read about it. No one needs this type of behaviour when we are all trying to support one another; well from now on I will discourage anyone from eating your food. Oh to top it off, I am in the hospitality industry and I would never treat anyone I host....

I came in wanting something small for my break at work. I saw this pizza shop had mozzarella sticks, so I asked the man behind the counter how many can I get with one order? I believe he said 5 or 6. I gladly order two orders of mozzarella sticks. I pay immediately cause I want to leave out immediately. I asked how much is the mozzarella stick and to my surprise they were $9 plus tax for each small portion of mozzarella sticks. With a hint of attitude and what may be smart remark in another language I got my receipt and seen I paid dang near $21 for 12 or 10 mozzarella sticks also on my receipt I couldn’t help but notice the “-slice” next to my mozzarella stick purchase so I don’t know if you guys charge the same price for a slice for mozzarella stick but if so that’s terrible...

By far one of the best pizzerias in NYC. The taste, freshness and quality of the ingredients in each slice sets this pizzeria apart from the rest. I have been coming back here every time I want to have a quality slice. They have recently renovated the look of the pizzeria to a rustic look which makes it even more welcoming and warm to stay in and enjoy a nice slice. I have brought many friends and family every time they visit from other states so they could try the best in NYC and they do not leave dissapointed. The staff is very welcoming as well as the owners. I would totally recommend this pizzeria located in the heart of Hells Kitchens. A quick walk from the Port Authority and the ferry for all those commuting from NJ or...
