I am a customer that places at least 1 order a week; if not 2 or 3. As a life long customer, I have had the luxury of being serviced by a variety of locations. I can honestly say that there is never an issue with the cook and rarely an issue with delivery - so I can genuinely say that I am a large advocate and will continue to support you.
However, since I have moved and have been assisted by this new location, literally EVERY order arrives to me with the wrong cut on the pizza. -__- I am not exaggerating; that's at minimum, 30 orders.
I order the same two pizza's often and one always arrives with NO cut .... literally just a medium plop of pizza and the other with a square cut.
Now I don't know if the thin crust automatically comes with a square cut - so forgive me there and for record I'm not opposed [it's better than NO cut]. BUT my regular classic hand tossed pizza always arrives "UN-CUT" when I Select "Pie Cut" and/or when I leave it on the automatic selection.
I recently opted to test a theory, as I use to assume that it was an oversight on my end [I tried this for my two most recent orders]. I placed my usual order -I selected "Square Cut" for my Medium Hand Tossed Pizza and received it with ...... a "PIE CUT". --_--

Read moreThis is a very unprofessional store and it does not stand up to the promos. First I ordered online, but called the store to be sure they had my order for my kid's birthday party. They assured me that they did. My delivery was scheduled for 5:30. at 5:45 the driver called me to say that they did not have the 40-piece of wings which had been confirmed so did I want to switch to boneless wings. I told him that I did not and he must be mistaken because my order had been confirmed. At that point I got the requisite "Oh, I don't know, I'm just the driver." So I asked to speak to the manager, who again repeated that my late order could not be fulfilled though it had been confirmed. So I inquired what kind of meat is the boneless wings because if it was just chicken breast I did not want it. At this point the manager hung up on me and when I called back "they were too busy to get her". I spoke to another young lady who said that the wings had been sent but what I got instead was some dehydrated chicken nuggets which I am not paying for. Read moreI had an horrible experience ordering from this business. First of all I ordered food for me and my son during the Super Bowl, which I could understand how overwhelmed the workers must have been. I waited the 2 hrs for my delivery nonetheless. When my food was delivered the delivery guy told me I only had 1 box of pizza. When I clearly ordered two which said so on my receipt! Tells me to “hang on” and leaves me in the lobby with 1 box of pizza. 5 mins later came back to bring the other box & just left without me asking any questions. To then open up both pizza boxes with a missing slice of pizza. the damn delivery driver (who was on a bike btw) I called the store to report the issues and they told me sorry for any issues that they will try better next time and hung up on me. Smh My problem is the fact that this place is super unprofessional with how they handled things.
