Pema is hands down one of the most magical boutiques in all of Williamsburg — a true gem that combines style, affordability, and warmth in a way that’s incredibly rare to find. There are multiple dressing rooms so you’re never waiting long, and the girls working there are always helpful without being overbearing. There’s a first time for everything, I guess. I’ve experienced the worse customer service ever In this store I had return to this store location to have them provide a solution to an expensive purse that I purchased(ripped, only had it for less than 3 weeks high prices high chances of it being fake ) they are nothing but rude rude rude I felt like I was in high school with the being behind the counter, her smart remarks really threw me off.

I honestly needed to vent and this is my way I wanted to do much more than write my experience but at the end of day everything’s a learning experience
