Big pizza place that likes to overcharge and has deceitful pricing. First of all they hide the regular plain pizza under the counter so you think that it’s not an option and that you have to order the slices with the overpriced toppings. I know better so we got three plain slices and one bottled seltzer. When it was rung up the cashier said it was $19.30. I pushed back and she said the slices were $4 each without tax. I told her that the bottled seltzer would then have to be $6!! Then she did a few clicks on her screen and said $16.33. I asked for the itemized receipt and realized that she was trying to add items or give herself a tip. I’ve attached the receipt as proof. While we sat there I heard her charge another customer $4 for the same drink she charged us $3 for! I’m filing a complaint with the BBB and NYC311. Won’t go here again. On top of that the pizza has significantly gone down in quality—crust is way too thick and the sauce tastes like cheap canned sauce. It’s a shame of what’s become of this place. It was empty on a summer Sunday afternoon, I guess locals in the neighborhood already know this.

So...ordered a pizza online and it came looking like trash. The doorman took the pizza and asked the delivery guy if he wanted to come up, but he said now. Upon hand off (on the 3rd floor), he mentioned "watch out for that greasy corner." Opened it within two minutes of gently placing it on the table, and ended up looking at a disgrace of a mess. Now, I understand things happen - like, the delivery person could have hit a bump, or someone knocked in to him. But the audacity to still deliver it? If they had called and explained something happened, I wouldn't have minded waiting a little longer for a replacement. I called and the man on the phone said he'd replace it, but we'll see. I'll edit and update once it arrives. Edit: They have redeemed themselves by replacing it. It's a little undercooked for my liking, but a few minutes on the cast iron helps.

It's one of the most underrated pizzeria in NYC. A very nice pizzeria serves the neigborhood well and it's still comparable and competitive to all resturants nearby. People would be easily confused this place might be a tourist trap, because of its location near the AMN. The base of round pizza might be thin for some, but found it amazing how the pizza can still holds its shape horizontally. The place also serves other nice foods in the shop. It's a 4.4/5.0 pizzeria at minimum in my opinion based on my 20 years daily pizza eater experience. A must-try pizzeria which gives plenty of seats and respects to customers.

Just ordered delivery from here and boy did i score! For all the nayers and lone star reviewers out there, i must contest. This pizzeria is off the the chains. Legit buffalo wings, superb and best buffalo wings in town. The buffalo wings are soft and practically melt in your mouth, slips right off the bone easy now mess. The wings have just enough pop just out of this world great amd the blue cheese they use, brings out the best of all flavors. I read some reviews that made me think twice about ordering delivery, but let's face it! How many pizzerias deliver ib middle village? I often have to resort to ordering pizzahut for crying, so i tofft and gave this a shot. Some reviews claimed pizza is burnt and sauce smells like canned?? Really? Maybe it was so good you thought it must have been canned. Sauce is delicious and this place is wonderful from the phone call to the kitchen. I called up, asked if they deliver. Guy answered and asked for my address. I asked how are the buffalo wings, are they like legit or just like chicken wings? He said in all honesty you are asking the wrong guy...at this point i was already having doubts cuz some bad reviews akd now this?? Oh boy, maybe pizzahut, because i am not driving out. So i proceeded to order anyway and again tofft. The price was well? A steal! Ordered medium pie $10 and buffalo wings $8. Really? Pizzahut would have charged 32 for sure because they add delivery fees and sorts... Before i continue, i want to emphasize here, so that you understand. There are very few, i mean few pizza spots in middle village that deliver. None on metropolitan avenue deliver and they are not even that good. This place delivers, thats an automatic star in itself. The price, another star. The wonderful people who run the place, another star. The workers here are super nice and friendly, real good people. I even called back, to leave feedback and told the the wings are definately awesome. Delivery came just as they said, approx 20min and the delivery man was friendly. First thing i did was open the pie, lift and relief to see no burn or any such thing. Pie was excellent and could not ask for better wings. I ordered pizza and wings all over and i do not believe the hype of most places in middle village. Lately it seems nobody cares about the pizza and live off the name of the places that were tops years ago. I will not name any names out of respect and that this review is specific to rhis place. 2 thumbs up, my new spot until...

Just got off the phone with illiana she was very rude from the beginning of the call cutting me off then asking to repeat myself after i asked her a simple question The question at hand “Hi im about to place an order from uber eats, my name is chris. Would you be able to tape the pizza box closed with a small piece of tape” her response? “ARE YOU A DRIVER OR A CUSTOMER ? WE ARENT RESPONSIBLE FOR WHAT THE DRIVERS DO TO YOUR FOOD” i said thats why im asking you place tape on the box to shut it. “WELL SIR WE DONT HAVE TAPE” “CANT HELP YOU SORRY” I honestly feel They shouldn’t be allowed to serve food like this i wont be ordering from a place that cant insure food saftey. Pizza is 10/10 but the lady is real miserable and aggressive so i wont be supporting this place any longer Edit: it might seem small but sometimes its not what you say but how you say it. Her attitude showed she was annoyed i even called If the call was recorded you...
