Halal Munchies — Restaurant in New York

I went with my family yesterday and ordered online through the machine that they have at the store. It was 2 burgers, 1 6 piece chicken nugget and 1 french fry. It took about 30 minutes for the order to be ready. While we were waiting at the table, the person in his 40s-50s at the register, brings out our receipt and confirms if that's what we ordered. He asks us if we want green peppers in the burgers even though we said "no green peppers". He looked pretty confused. So the online order machine is completely useless since they came up to us to confirm it and was still confused. When the order was ready, they gave us everything except for the fries. When I told him "I also ordered fries as it says on the reciept", he was like "no you didn't order fries". I showed him my receipt again and he looked at it for about 10 seconds and said "oh yea there is fries". This place is horrible. Food wasn't good either. Why are they not giving us what we are ordering?? why do they keep on...

A puddle of water on the salad which I didn’t realize until I mixed in the watery salad onto my Mix over rice since all that water was in the bottom. Too much powder sprinkled on the rice. Not enough sauce Waited a while to get my food, and someone who came way after me and ordered somehow got food a bit before me. (From a 2 Stars to 1 Stars.) UNACCEPTABLE AND UNFAIR WAITING TIMES FOR ME.

Unfortunately, when food places start branching out new locations, they tend to lower in quality and not taste as good as the original location. Halal munchies is no exception. I had Halal Munchies in their Astoria location last year and remembered their mix over rice tasted much better than the glob I was given here.

I think I would have been better off eating from a halal cart.
