Let me start off by saying I been going there for years. I introduced this place to my sister and a bunch of friends and every single time we all have the same experience. That disgusting sad excuse for a person working behind the counter making sandwiches. It doesn’t matter how nice you are to him, it’s like every day he’s having a bad day and hates his job. I’ve let it slide every single time but this time I’ve had enough. I ordered my sandwich without Mayo.. he adds Mayo so I go inside and politely ask him to make me another. He starts yelling at me saying if I want another one I have to pay for it and take it up with the owner. Excuse me????? I specifically asked for it without Mayo. In the New New York late night options are limited but Hana Food remains consistent in churning out quality and tasty food regardless of the time of day.
I've never been to Hana and left hungry or unhappy; they do what they do and they do it consistently and at still at reasonable prices given what you get for what you pay.
You decide what you want and how you simply or complexly you want it made and leave the rest up to the masters on the other side of the counter. I switch up my order based on my mood but I'm especially a fan of the combination of the El Mexicano.

I placed an order via GrubHub and was told they ran out of the item I wanted the most. I asked to cancel the order. The woman on the phone lied.and said they couldn't cancel on her end. I know from personal experience that was a lie.
I called and cancel and asked the agent if the store could have canceled. She said, "Yes."
So I called back to let the women at the store know she was incorrect. She continued to be rude. I told her I will never purchase anything from the store again and I plan on keeping that promise.
