We had an amazing experience with Holy Cow for our large group order (34 people) on the Upper West Side. From start to finish, the service was exceptional. I was in direct contact with Muhammad, who was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and professional throughout the entire process.

Muhammad personally delivered our order from Midtown to the Upper West Side, right on time, and even included a few extra drinks, which was a thoughtful touch! He had taken the time to separate and label the burgers according to our list, which made distribution a breeze—we were able to hand out all the meals in under 10 minutes!

He also provided plenty of napkins, ketchup, and condiments, ensuring we had everything we needed. Muhammad was prompt and responsive to all our questions and went above and beyond to make sure our group was taken care of.

Service aside, the food was excellent! I really enjoyed the beef burgers, and the crispy chicken sandwich was a major hit with our group. Everyone appreciated having their own serving of fries—it was a nice touch that made the meal feel complete.
