Awesome awesome space, but would love to see you all better support the health of New York City waterways by refusing to serve single use plastic.
Since you serve your beer in real glassware, it seems like it should be pretty easy to offer additional reusables for things like water, without too much burden on your dishwashing system.
As a city on the water, I feel like it is our duty as consumers and his businesses to see how we can better support its health, and stop feeding the cycle of plastic use and pollution. By 2050, we are slated to have more plastic than fish in the ocean, and at this point in time, over 95% of the plastics we try to recycle do not get recycled.
Instead, these plastics end up in landfills, in waterways, burned in incinerators, or break down into toxic micro plastics that end up in our bodies.
I think your business could easily help chip away at that problem by stopping serving frivolous single use plastics.
Thank you for considering, and thank you as always for the incredible hospitality and delicious beer. This bar is a winner, and my review solely stands to encourage more environmentalism....
Read moreI recently came across a bar that pleasantly surprised me with its inviting atmosphere and impressive beer selection. The bar had a tasteful aesthetic that immediately caught my attention, creating a pleasant ambiance to relax in. As a fan of sour beers, I was delighted to find such a diverse selection to choose from. Additionally, the bartender was knowledgeable and friendly, providing excellent recommendations and enhancing the overall experience. If you're looking for a welcoming bar with a great selection of beers, especially sours, I highly recommend giving this...
