Wow !.All of the food has so much flavor. Delicious. This chill little casual Indian spot is actually on 26th Street just off Broadway. Natural wood and soft light inside. There's no person to order from - it's contactless - you just order from their touch screen. Maybe more places will start doing this . Food came quick. We got the Gunpowder Potatoes side dish , comes with vegan ranch dipping sauce (I actually liked this even though I avoid ranch flavor anything. ) We got the Tandoori Pineapple side dish, it was hot spice ! For main I got the Complete Macro Bowl and I added salmon, which turned out to be a big portion! This is listed under salad section when you order. It contained many different ingredients from lime beets to the really tasty coconut chickpea curry . My friend got the Golden Chicken Curry with like a green chutney delicious sauce and basmati rice. He finished everything. Also got a side of Red Coconut Curry Sauce, a spicy red sauce that I enjoyed with the potatoes and also on my Salmon. I tried their Lemonaid ginger and turmeric beverage , it's very tart and next time I'd try the cold chai in the drink case . They don't have alcohol or naan though. Highly recommend, I wish it was closer...
Read moreI have been to Inday when I have worked in the area but, I recently decide to stop by here for lunch as it's been a few years.
I did an online order for a chicken tikka bowl. The restaurant was spacious and well lit. They have machines available to order your food to your liking and then a pick up window available. Since I did an online order I went straight to the pick up window.
My food was there and waiting for me. I am not sure how long it was sitting but the sauce already thickened but the plate was hot. Personally I wished they coated the chicken with the sauce instead of just dropping it on top of the chicken. I felt that there wasn't much sauce and not enough to coat the rice. The chicken was a bit dry and so was the rice. They only included a bit of pickled onions. The sauce had flavorful but it was mild in terms of spice and heat. I feel like this is geared towards people who might be more spice averse. It's not bad for a fast casual Indian restaurant but it's not for those craving more spicy and flavorful Indian...
Read moreI used to eat here a lot a while back. It was my go to after my workout at 24 Hour Fitness, but since the gym is no longer there, I'm not in the area that often.
I stopped by a few days ago because I had an appointment in the area. The decor has changed and the menu changes a bit. I had the chicken curry. I don't know much about Indian food, but I tend to enjoy curry. I wouldn't really consider this an Indian cuisine but for the fast casual, it does the job. The prices weren't too bad and the staff was very nice. It wasn't too crowded when I went in. It was during business hours so people were still in the office.
The food came out great. No mistakes and the portions were decent enough that I could justify paying over $15 for a bowl.
Thank you to the...
