I waited to finish all my treatments to write an honest review. Happily, I am very very satisfied with the results! If you are looking for great results and great service – this is the place for you! What can be better than reviews from (real!) happy clients?

First and foremost, the results are great, which is probably the most important thing you are looking for when choosing this type of service. Second, Lital is wonderful! She is very professional and also very honest. She will tell you what results you should expect realistically, without trying to sell a perfect picture (which some people may try, just because they want your business). This way you know what to expect and make an informed decision about what you want to do and how to proceed with your treatments. Third, Lital is very punctual. She respects your time as well as her own. Appointments always start and end on time (which for some people, such as myself, is very important!). Last, but not least, Lital truly cares about her clients and loves what she does, and it shows! She pours her heart into her work to make sure her clients are satisfied and happy! And, on a side note, she is just a lovely person, which really makes a big difference.

While I didn’t want to write a very long review, I think it’s worth it when you get such exceptional service. When there are so many similar places offering these services, you want to make sure you choose the right one, and a good one!

This was a big decision for me. I was sick of shaving and waxing and had finally looked into laser. During the first session/ consultation I had with Lital and Zakia, they had explained all the factors involving laser hair removal and the importance of not exposing the skin to the sun. Today I had my 6th and final session from the packages I had purchased- Brazilian and under arm. I will still need to come back for 1-2 more sessions to finally rid my skin of any further hair that may grow. This removal lasts and is worth it, however, the length of time it will last is different for everyone depending on hormone levels, etc. This process has been so amazing with these two wonderful women! They have the best bed side manner as far as calming you down to continue with the removal. It can be painful but they make it normal and treat it with ease. I am so grateful I went with Light Touch and I’d recommend them 100x over!!!!

Important note - be on time. They make sure to respect your time and get your appointment done in the time frame you are scheduled for. This keeps you on schedule. I am a busy gal so I take this point seriously.

Lital provides exceptional service and I trusted her 100% to do laser hair removal on my upper lip. From the first consultation, she lays out a plan and is very clear about what you can expect and what her expectations are for you (stay out of the sun!). That said, she'll work with you, if you're like me and need to interrupt service due to travel or can't avoid the sun in certain settings. She's honest about the results you can expect based on your specific skin tone and hair type, and really cares about her clients' wellbeing. She is very skilled at tuning her machines and I was never, ever burned; any redness subsided within the half hour. I'm very happy with the overall results.

The process itself is very quick for a small area like the upper lip -- I was usually in and out in 5 minutes and the procedure itself is no more than a minute. At the time, I can't speak to other areas, but if I ever go back for laser hair removal, I'll absolutely be coming back to LightTouch .

Having this procedure gave me so much more confidence in myself and I just wish I had done it sooner. Thank you, Lital!
